Subject: Formal Complaint and Request for Investigation — Suspicious Order Execution Against Client Position, Nasdaq (US100/NAS100), July 17, 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding unusual and, in my view, potentially manipulative order execution on my trading account with NairaProp and to request a thorough investigation into the matter.
Details of the incident:
• Instrument: Nasdaq (US100/NAS100)
• Date: July 17, 2026
• Time window: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Nigeria time, WAT)
• Account/Trader ID: 436800385
During the stated time window, I observed multiple sell-side entries being executed against my open buy positions. These sell entries appeared to originate from a source inconsistent with the broader market price action I was independently monitoring at the time, suggesting a divergence between the price feed used to execute trades on my account and the prevailing market price elsewhere.
This pattern raises serious concerns about the integrity of the pricing and execution I received during this period, including the possibility of price manipulation, feed discrepancy, or deliberate action taken against my position. Given the financial impact and the trust placed in the firm's execution practices, I request that this matter be treated with urgency.
I am requesting the following:
1. A full, independent investigation into the order execution and price feed data for my account between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM WAT on July 17, 2026.
2. Provision of the tick-by-tick price and execution logs for my account during the stated period, compared against your liquidity provider(s)' raw feed for the same window.
3. A written explanation of the source and timing of each sell entry executed against my buy positions during this period.
4. Confirmation of the outcome of the investigation and any corrective action to be taken, including reinstatement of any positions or losses found to have resulted from erroneous or manipulated pricing.
I have retained screenshots and records of the price action and order activity from my end during this period, and I am prepared to share these to support the investigation. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this complaint within 48 hours and a substantive response within 5 business days, in line with your firm's complaints handling procedure.
Please treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I look forward to your prompt response.
