i only mask with MTN cus some leech sites don't leech for mtn's IP.

for starcomms i use their old modem (EVDO) its a real blessing. I route wlan signals to my other pc,and iphone through ad-hoc, and also leech 1gb+ files per day, i would not trade it for any other Starcomms modem.
