INEC has been ordered by Buhari and APC to postpone elections since International Community is so much interested in this elections, very vigilant and are on ground to thwart their rigging plans. They wanted to conduct elections in some states today and postpone in some states to check the outcome in those States and see the difference between Buhari and Atiku to perfect their rigging plans but the US and Internatiional Community said no, Presidential Elections must be conducted in all the states simultaneously.

Buhari then ordered INEC to postpone elections to frustrate Nigerians and Foreign Observers. They believed some Nigerians won't be interested in the elections again and most Foreign Observers would have left the country before February, 23. This gives them perfect opportunity to carry out their devilish act.

Atiku is going to win this election as expected by majority of Nigerians. Security reports available to Presidency indicate so too, that is why they postponed the elections to restrategize. If INEC colludes with APC to declare Buhari winner, if he loses, I call on H.E. Atiku Abubakar, to declare himself President should INEC rigs Buhari in. Atiku would be the legitimate President recognize by the world. The International Community would then be left with no other option but intervene to remove Buhari from power and restore the legitimate President to power.

Senate President Bukola Saraki says the President Muhammadu Buhari administration would have silenced him if he had skeleton in his cupboard.

Saraki said this when he paid a visit to Muftau Gbadamosi, olofa of Offa, at his palace on Sunday.

The senate president said but for God and the support of the people “I will not be standing today.”

“Since we joined the PDP the party has honored Kwara state, they gave us DG of Campaign, National Leader of the party and have agreed that if the party wins, senate president is our slot in Kwara,” he said.

“But what has the other party to offer? If I have skeleton in my cupboard, this government would have silenced me and forced me to drop the campaign.

“But for God and the support of the people I would not be standing today. They didn’t want to honor our agreement. We all laboured and what they couldn’t get in three times they got it and we demanded that they give to Kwara what we deserve.

“We need to teach our seasonal politicians a lesson on the poll date. We want community development, let everybody come and contribute their quota to our communities; when Saraki do his own, let them too do their own. I heard that some politicians have been buying JAMB forms in 2019. The question to ask is where were they in 2016, where were they in 2017?

“APC leaders in Kwara can’t access President Buhari for anything. They will first have to go and submit their request to Lagos and it is only when Lagos is satisfied with the request that it will be forwarded to Buhari who may or not do it.”

ONNOGHEN: Senate Should Suspend Buhari and Declare Saraki As Acting President; says Lagos Lawyer; Gives Reason Why It’s Legal

Reacting to the removal of Justice Onoghen as CJN by President Buhari, Lagos-based Lawyer, David Agu Esq., in a humorous, but interesting, post on Facebook, has urged the Nigerian Senate to save Nigeria’s democracy by suspending President Buhari and his Vice, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo from the office of President and Vice President of Nigeria when they reconvene on Tuesday, January 29. Read his articulated humor below:

That is to say, most times, it takes a measure of madness to cure a mad man. Take Psychiatric doctors for example. Oh, you think they're normal?

Just like I had advised the other day, Senate has announced an emergency reconvening on Tuesday. And here's what I propose as a grand plan to appease the majority of the Nigerian masses at this time of anger: NBA should get to any Federal High Court first thing on Monday morning with a motion exparte, praying the court for an order directing the Senate to do all that is necessary to SUSPEND the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and his Vice, pending the restoration of the nascent Nigerian democracy to it's pre-2015 status quo.

The Senate should then, upon reconvening on Tuesday, move, as a matter of national emergency, to implement the order of the court, and forthwith suspend the President and his Vice, and proceed to swear in the Senate President as Acting Nigerian President.

Note that this does not amount to a breach of the Constitution. No Nigerian law provides for the suspension of the President, but it is trite law that the court can make law through their pronouncements, where loophole exists.
