Even Garry Neville made reference to this tournament officiating ... that its the best he has seen . that the EPL Should learn from ...

Its high time they scrap this third place match of a thing. It makes no sense. Its better you lose and go home than making the losers go through another rigors of contesting for an insignicant position

the prize money is for the team and development of football for the country that wins . so why should they scrap it ... this has been the rules from the onset
Sports / Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2023, 2025 And 2026 World Cup by lexyman(m): 10:11pm On Feb 09
if we win come sunday . Omeruo and Ahmed Musa will become the only SE players that have won the Afcon twice . i oray it happens so that Musa can go and rest ... in fact after the nations cup he should leave the team for good.

Iwobi has been an Ajebo and he plays a very beautiful football ... the current playing style of the Super Eagle has been what has made him play this way ... dont forget that he is one of the best in giving those short passes and he does it perfectly well .... also very dangerous in the18yard box . he may not be familiar with the new role ... somehow someone will be the weak link .. all the same the team has performed well /.

We have a lot of Ajebo in that team , i was surprised that SE could play jam body footie with Cameroun .

2 Pk and 1 red card and yet no one can blame the refs ,it’s not hard to spot good officiating ,and afcon have been top notch for this

Lastly ,E no go better for those useless epl and Laliga refs

World Cup >> Afcon >>>> Copa America >>> euros

This is my ratings ,euros might be the second in terms of levels and organizations, but I am going with this ratings from myself

so far , the officiating has been spot on ... VAR aide the process ...BEST AFCON IN HISTORY !

Exactly. We need to be clinical and Osimhen's missing may hurt us here. I am also skeptical about his fitness.
n o chance was created for Osimhen . not even a single chance . we have not done anything spectacular

with the two extra time played by Cote D;Voire DR Congo should be able to take advantage of the tired legs and take them to the cleaners.
