Sorry about your refusal.

If you can tackle the reason(s) why you are refused, kindly repackage your application and launch a new application. I have senior friends who got their visa the second or third time. However, you have to be sure you are really addressing the main reason(s) for the refusal and you maintain consistency in the information you are submitting during your reapplication.

Appealing will take your time, money, energy and ultimately, the probability of you still getting it after expending all this is still (1/2). Th first process of making an appeal is to get an Italian Lawyer, peradventure you get one, you have to pay some commitment fee which could be up to 400 Euro or more. After that, you will have to send your document to the Lawyer for review. Afterward, the Lawyer will start corresponding with the embassy, which could take months and bla bla bla...

Conclusively, if you can try to address the concerned raised as regards your initial application, then reapply ASAP. I think you still have till the 30th of November to submit an application for a visa.

I already paid for one year medical health insurance, paid for travel insurance, paid for first instalment of school fees and paid 100 Euros to block accomodation with Er.go. Spring semester intake is not really common, except maybe in Business schools, Fashion schools etc. But for degree program, I am not so sure. Though, you can check out the various universities website for validation.

However, most school intake are for Fall (Beginning in Sept) of each year.

For now, I can say of University of Padua, in which the first round of application for 2022/2023 academic session will start by Nov 2nd, and they have some Bachelor English Program that could be explore.

You will navigate to begin new application. It about 7-8 steps application. The process is well explanatory and straight forward. Ensure you take your time to supply the right information.

At the end of the application, you will have to pay a non refundable fee of 114 Canadian Dollar. Once the payment has been confirmed (kindly pay online using your ATM, confirmation is done instantly with that). Following this, you will print the document sent to you by mail after the confirmation. This document contains a checklist. Ensure you attached the document on the checklist ( Admission Letter, Passport Biodata Page, Confirmation of registration signed by you etc). Once this has been done, you can then send the document by post to the address on the registration confirmation document that you printed..

Normally, you should receive response within 18-22 working days after they might have received your document.

Ensure you use FedEx to post the document, it faster though it comes with a higher charge...about 17500.

Naturally your next line of action is to go and look for your tuition and other fees for travelling . Since you've applied for CS, you don't need to do that for now. Just ensure you've filled in your details and essays on the EAS applicants portal before 23rd. Also encourage your referees to submit their references as well. CS will notify your school of your application, which is why during application, they ask for ID number given to you by the school in your admission offer details. You won't need to upload your admission letter but have ready your degree certificate, transcripts and first page of your passport for upload.

Lastly, I found the below information on my portal:

"The deadline for submission of this form to your Nominating Agency (University of Leeds) is 23 March 2018.
