Sorry boss, just saying Nah. I was only being jovial. Joe Hart was a very good shot stopper. It’s just that his blunders can be very comical. |

andrewbaba44: Allison is not a better shot stopper than Joe hart Is this argument tied up in semantics? Joe Hart is a fantastic shot stopper. You can also argue that he is a better shot stopper than Allison — although IMO, the difference would be very minute. In terms of overall goalkeeping, Allison is definitely better than Joke Hart. I don’t think Liverpool would’ve won their sole title under Klopp if Joke H was the one in between the sticks. |

nitrogen: Thank you. Carrick messed up yesterday. Full stop. Let’s hope he gets the boys to bounce back. We play once per week, slow tempo football should not be a feature at OT at all. The intensity is zero. And the game yesterday was about getting a draw. We are not a team that plays with intensity. We have always played in this languid manner under countless managers for over a decade now. This is on the players. |

Lana1: Someone was asking why Malacia doesn't play. This is why. He hasn't been on the pitch for over a year and has never been useful to any manager since his signing and still the club won't sell him. One od the many baffling decisions this club continues to make. He should’ve gotten tighter to Osula. Same with Magwaya. They gave him too much space and time. |

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 8:10am On Mar 05 |
Story remains the same. We need to lift the baseline of our team. This entails replacing peeps like Dalot and Magwaya with people who are better than them. If not, we’ll keep going round in circles.
Imagine how terrible the performance would’ve been for the last few weeks if we were still in Europe and the FA Cup. |

andrewbaba44: You people are doing well ,but why loosing against 10 man Newcastle who got an early red card ? I was expecting a draw at worst Na so them dey do jare. They are clueless against a dogged defense. And some of those players are uber useless. They lack the spirit and ambition to win consistently. They can’t surprise me again. We’ll probably beat Villa at Old Trafford (our next match) because Emery won’t change his approach to the game. He’s going to wanna play expansive football and a high line that Mbeumo will lap up with gusto. If they congest the midfield and plan their counter well, who is Magwaya to stop them? Make dem sha qualify for UCL next season. Useless team. |

Sportsweb: Popizano this is for you.
Chelsea have conceded 7 goals from corners in Liam Rosenior’s 13 games, a record that represents a significant defensive deterioration since Maresca’s departure. Dropping 19 points from winning positions this season is further evidence of complacency.

popizaino: It is not far-fetched to think the player with most key passes in the league should be higher up with most passes irrespective of where he plays if we really claim to know football.
In fact, he was higher up in volumes of passes but was undone on the log by his passes completion, which is about 81%. Understandably, his passes are more offensive with maximum risk, not the usual passing between defenders that makes them rank higher.
My picture post was just to illustrate how football has changed with defenders leading the passing stats while midfielder dominated it a decade ago.
Or when did it become a poor grasp of stats to expect Bruno Fernandez in a stats that once featured the likes of Santi Carzola and Yaya Toure? You could’ve stated that clearly in your earlier post. Since you’re known for infamous opinions, it’s not surprising to read meaning into your posts. |

Ellexy: Heard Maguire is a doubt for the Newcastle match. That leaves Yoro and Heaven as the only fit CBs available. Shaw might not be available too. We now have De Ligt, Martinez and Maguire injured. It’s high time we start having capable players who are available for most periods in the season. Having all our senior defenders out injured is just terrible. |

BenNash: Once a manager performs excellently, they'll say that squad is actually the best or whatever. Marseille that was stinking all over the place before De Zerbi got there. They were even doing wonderfully until recently. Don't know what changed. The noisy fans. They hop on the bandwagon of any coach whose team is in form. Once that team’s form hits a snag, the noise dies down. |
