I usually wait for animes to completely air before watching but this time I’m watching each episode as they drop. Same with JJ Kaisen. Great shows. |

Faes carry him brain fart from Leicester to Monaco. That was a needless penalty. Was caught napping, got dispossessed and fouled Kvara who was through on goal.

odizeey: Sesko needs to weaponize his bullet shot. He does not use it enough. And the team needs to pass more to him. Mbeumo should come from the bench in the next few games. Amad is probably the better impact sub. |

odizeey: No agenda for how many days now.
I don lean. 😆 That’s what happens when people focus on pain and agenda. Makes it difficult to discuss football stuff and share football opinions. For instance, I believe Carrick will reshape the squad in the two week holiday he’s got. How it will come out, I have no clue. One thing is clear though— Sesko needs to be getting more minutes, especially since we are likely to face more low blocks in the next fixtures. This two week holiday should be use honing areas of his game that has prevented him from starting. Could be defensively or offensively, but we really need his presence and sharp striker instinct on the pitch. Carrick als needs to work on himself and his tactics during this period. We can’t be too predictable in what we do. We need to have a clear way to create goal chances and rely less on individual brilliance. |

If you Leyqute manage Chelsea for that tournament you will win that trophy.

afrodoc2: Under-18s beat Man City Under-18 3-1 in an away fixture. JJ Gabriel, Chido Obi, and Jim Thwaites with the goals. Good win. If we manage those talents well, we can benefit greatly from them. BTW is Thwaites ready to do a job as a sub in the first team? Has he had U21 minutes? I’m hopeful for him. Even Elyh sef, Shrewsbury is struggling and he isn’t getting minutes. Should’ve sent him elsewhere last January. |

AirBere: Barca will flog Tico in Nou Camp but they'll be knocked out. I think Pedri and Ralph will be back. With those two, Tico won't have a chance.
Barca will also flog Tico in league games if both Pedri and Ralph are present.
However, if no Pedri in second leg and only weak Dejong then yes, it'll be 7 nil aggregate. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 |

afrodoc2: Yes, it is looking like most of their buys have been decent.
The summer transfer window and manager appointment will play decisive roles on how next season will go. The other top clubs that are struggling this season would likely not struggle next season. Last season and this season, top teams struggled. With Pep’s departure and Liverpool floundering, next season might be same. Maybe 80-85 points might be enough to win the league in 2027. Just thinking out loud. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 1:39pm On Feb 11 |
afrodoc2: [/b]
It just depends on how much money is available. SJR was talking like we had no money last summer and people were thinking of Delap only for him to spend big on 3 attacking players.
If the money is tight the focus should be CM (at least 2), a starting LW, a rotation CF. Since Cunha has refused to man the LW maybe he can be retooled to be Bruno's long-term replacement next season.
4 or 5 top quality reinforcements via transfer and hopefully a few academy players can step up to save us some money. It is about time a few of them stepped up and did a Mainoo.
We have 5 serviceable CBs, 2 serviceable senior RBs and a few potential academy RBs. Shaw, Dorgu, and if under duress, Heaven can play LB. Amass might be in the squad next season as well. We have 2 senior RWs and an academy RW. You have a point. For all their ills INEOS seems to know how to buy well. They look more capable at building a squad than their predecessors. If we do well this summer, next season can be good. But it won’t be easy making back to back top 4 finishes. Or challenging for the title next season. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 12:08pm On Feb 11 |
afrodoc2: The Everton result was more due to our cluelessness than to Everton's low block. Yesterday Wet Haram limited us to 10 shots with an xG of less than 1. I agree the Everton game will be tough however but that is partly because they will be able to defend better than West Ham even without a low block.
Martinez, Mainoo, Maguire were just posing on the ball in the 1st half like don dadas. Serious wakeup call. The next game must end in a win.
Yeah, it might be a good time to play Yoro. If we are facing low block teams, he or Heaven should be the choice ahead of Maguire. It is also looking like Dalot is about to lana. The guy don focus die for 4 games, him head don dey pain am. We should rest him for Maz before he woundjure us. Agree re Dalot. But I suspect Carrick won’t change the starting xi next game. Maybe in the game after that. Na God know how we go manage Europe plus league next season. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by Leyqute(m): 7:33am On Feb 11 |
afrodoc2: I think he is tired. That effort and acceleration was not just there. I saw glimpses of it in the Fulham game which is why i wanted him to be rested after that.
Thank God for the break over the next few days. It’s a long break indeed. Hopefully we’ll work out new ways to score against low blocks during that period. Talking about low blocks, our next match (away vs Everton) might be worse than yesterday. They successfully parked the bus at Old Trafford and won 1-0. Nwoyes will try that approach again. If we approach that game the same way we approached the West Ham match , wahala go happen. I think Yoro should get more game time against these low block teams. He’s faster and more offensive than Maguire. If not for him we’d have lost against West Ham. Kept us in the game with 2 wondrous blocks. |
