As much some of us want people to take a decisive and build step at stamping out the bed eggs amongst them, this expulsion seems like a calculated attempt to further deepen the problem. The convention itself is standing on a K-leg |
If this does not annoy, anger and infuriate the military to act ruthlessly and decisively against the criminals, then nothing would. If this can happen to a general in the military, then no one is truly save. Sad. |
PDP factionalized ADC factionalized LP unstable. APGA seems to be the only opposition with relative peace right now. Can these people get their acts together. |
This should anger annoy and infuriate the military. This is enough for the military to take the fight to the criminals and not wait for them to attack first Anyone preaching non kinetic measure is probably benefitting from this chaos. |
Very very. Anger, just like alcohol may make someone reveal what's inherently hidden in his heart, something he wouldn't have said with clear eye. The military does not rate the police, this is a known fact Fekumzi123: |
I read that the area was taken over by the military after the incident. If true, then we may just have unknowingly descended into the something huge. WizardOfNG: |
Na so e go play ball enter throwing. They'll make example of him. Or make him an ambassador for good behavior |
The two of them should be prosecuted. But no, wait till they're made ambassadors for food behavior yen yen yen. People that should land at detention enroute the court for public disturbance and an conspiracy to hijack a plane. |
ozo13:Yes, only If he has the masses behind him. This is first currency every politician must court and never lose. |
Hopefully they won't cause unnecessary and avoidable clash between the Police and Nigeria Navy. The ills we have allowed to continue for long will come back to hunt us all. Why ill anyone drive a vehicle with covered plate number, and find it hard to identify himself. If he had been doing it for long without issue, I think the officer needs to adjust now. That statement " I'm talking and a policeman is talking is an insult to the entire police". That shows how much disdain the military has for the police . The president should wade in now before the entire thing snowball into something bigger. |
It seems unwise to contest under the PDP as it stands. The APC is a no-go area for him. What other options are there for the man? LP, ADC? Any other SPV would do. |
Isn't this risky? What happens in case of a crash? |
Why are the Governors backtracking? First was H.E Fintiri, now this. |
This is the distraction they'll fight till the next election and maybe beyond. |
He is in the US. He is in a dilemma It's obvious. |
We need help, Nigeria need help to tackle these criminals. We need help to unravel ( if not already known) those who sponsor these crimes for whatever gain. |
They sha want to lure the man into the race, when it is looking like they may not have a candidate for the next election unless they put their house in order |
This is no more funny, not any longer. There should be a serious effort directed at reorientation of our people away from ' money at all cost '. |
The minister of defence already said the officer did well. Case closed. |
Why is this man so controversial and always on the side of the bandits. ...and he was once in the military. Something is t adding up. |
Of a truth, the wave of attack from Southern Kaduna has died down, or maybe the media has shifted attention. Unfortunately, the people of Benue and now Kwara can't say the same. In all, the government has to be ruthless with these criminals. |
Most of which will end up in the bin. In this era of austerity, you still want people to waste money to make photocopies. They need to be called out. |
What do people really gain by bringing their dirty linen to the public to wash? Do they not think there could be reconciliation someday? |
Who will investigate this like this? Yahoo boys will most likely not jump to his death because of EFCC. Most likely not. |
I haven't read anything also from Alh Atiku |
Regardless of how this is to spinned. LP shouldn't have lost that polling unit, in particular. Well, the candidate himself lost his polling unit to APGA. |
Blessedarethepe:Does that statement from the US president and the other congressman look like intervention? Do you call a country a disgraced country and call that intervention? Nigeria needs help in tackling and decimating these marauders, no doubt In fact the government needs more fires to their toes and bums to act decisively. But calling a country a disgraced country and threatening military action as if the government is the one coordinating the attack is worrisome. Methinks the US and other international communities who are our friends and not terror enablers should assist in tracking and decimating the sponsors of these guys and their foot soldiers. The US and China should take their cold war elsewhere. This isn't to invalidate the pains of the affected communities and families. Enough should be enough. Nigeria government should be made to act fast and decisively. |
Well, that's her own way of being on the record. Whatever you know how to do, do it well and give it optics. Congratulations. But but... Where is the hair? |
They won't raise a finger, sure. They can only issue statements of condemnation and solidarity Or at best discretely assist with weapons. The US should assist and coordinate with the attack and elimination of terror sponsors and their foot soldiers. What's this gragra of attacking the country as if we are a colony of the US. These people should take their cold war. |
Wait that boy too dey look for him name on the register? fergie001: |
No time for photoops. Motivate the troops to go harder on the killers and plunderers. Identify, prosecute and shame their sponsors. |
One can't but identify with the victims of these senseless killings. No one with a pinch of conscience will deny the fact that some people who feel untouchable have been perpetrating killings, especially in the middle belt area of Nigeria and sadly the government has not been able to do as much as protect the victims. Nigeria needs international help and it's good that the US is raising the heat. Identify their collaborators, freeze their assets and prosecute and eliminate them alongside their foot soldiers. Where the area greyed out is the issue of forceful invasion, violating the sovereignty of Nigeria. Nigeria needs help and sometimes it's hard to truly identify who our friends are. Aren't the Chinese also littered in the forests carrying out illegal mining? |
