tundegan:You just stirred the hornets nest. Wait for then to come for you. There's nothing more tragic for a nation than a bunch of self hating citizens, including those who opened their doors for terrorists to come in and the government that seem incapacitated to tackle them No one is saying Nigeria should not be assisted, the terrorists and their collaborators must be wiped out. But threatening to invade another country instead offering assistance reeks of sinister plan other than the one being touted. |
I think some things need to be made clear. Nigeria needs foreign help from wherever to tackle these terrorists and killers. It's obvious the Nigeria Army, and by extension, Nigeria government is overwhelmed. However, what is confounding is the idea of another country unilaterally attacking another country under whatever guise. It should be collaboration. |
Na now day dey break. Well, better be late than never. I suspect Reno making the cut |
The politics they played in 2014 coming back to hunt them in 2015. But still, foreign invasion of the country under any guise shouldn't be encouraged. Instead collaboration and support in decimating the terrorists should be encouraged. |
Ok. Anything to curb the excesses of the terrorists and decimate then significantly. Nigeria government have acted with kid gloves for long. |
I agree. Something has to be done to put the government on her toes. The lukewarm and seemingly helpless attitude they have demonstrated towards battling insecurities baffling. The government should feel the heat, and they too should turn the heat on the terrorists. ycat: |
Is there a country that's not battling any issues? Even the US has issues with gun violence and mass shooting. We need to draw a line between criticism or holding government accountable and outright demarketing of the country. Nigeria is not a disgraced country. PresidentMUGABE: |
That should not be a thing for any Nigerian to gloat about. Nigeria is not a disgraced country. |
Action in Nigeria as how? Invade a sovereign nation? I think this genocide claim is becoming a subterfuge for something sinister. Assist Nigeria to tackle this insecurity and not take action uninvited. |
There's no reason why those photoops with the bandits should happen. Mr President, show workings! |
Gabon too isn't a walkover. The Eagles must not be complacent. This is a rare opportunity to redeem their image. Go Eagles, Go! |
This is a very delicate issue. While it's true that the US may be hypocritical as they've been fingered to be one of sponsors of Boko haram, it's also cheer recklessness and inefficiency of Nigeria government officials publicly signing peace deals with the armed bandits. What message are you passing across? More baffling is the pardoning and integration of the so called repentant terrorists into the Nigerian Army, who does that? Now we have report of these 'repentant' fellows leaking troupes strategies to their former commandants. I support a harsher voice on the Nigerian Government to stand up to its feet and not surrender to the bandits. These rag tags can't be superior to the military with land and air fire powers. Yes, the US and other world powers could come to our aid upon invitation only and NOT do anything to violate our sovereignty. Nigeria government and her military must act fast and decisively now, else they are maior accomplices. Enough should be enough. What has the US government said about the tribe perpetrating the land grabbing and disposing people of the ancestral land that is new to anyone in Nigeria.? Do we want to pretend we do not know the tribe that imported their tribesmen from other neighbouring countries to take over our forest, almost unhindered. Who does not know the tribe notorious for these crimes, while the government seems incapacitated or just look on? Ok, for all the bandits that have been negotiated with, which tribe do they majorly belong to ? We can continue to bury our heads like the ostrich. |
SpencerForbes:Game wey we dey get League for. Inter street competition. Put candle wax under the bottle cover to make them stronger. Chai! |
Why all the diatribes against Abati? From the video, he was even the first to admonish PBAT not to attend Biya's inauguration. Rufai only tagged along. |
They always resort into looting, always start with food intentions but boom , deviate into something nefarious. |
Definitely. Visa is a privilege. Another president might come and reverse the entire thing. |
...and they're still denying any coup attempt. Good luck to the patriotic, gallant men. |
How can NTI degenerate to this point , if true? This supposed to be a frontline institution to train teachers in the country. How do we mess with our institutions like this? |
I'll be surprised if he reapplies. I mean what's the essence of shunning the Embassy's invitation earlier, only to reapply later? Baba should maintain his ,steeze' and call their bluff to the end. |
See wetin Natasha do Akpabio. His name forever tarnished even if not found guilty by the courts, his adversaries will still continue to taunt him. |
Is this supposed to be a news? Why is where she's from a news worthy of rubbing off on the achievement. Well maybe such a feat is rare. |
Humans will eventually end this world. It's a matter of time. All it takes is just one misguided leader with nuclear arsenal. What's the fate of those without bunkers? |
These Nuclear weapons they are testing, I hope they won't mistakenly destroy the world someday. Can the world ever be peaceful? |
I pray no innocent man finds himself in this kind of trouble. Now it's her words against his. |
Let them show workings. Nigerians want result |
That decision stands logic on it's head, at least to those who do not have any military background. If you must pardon the ' repentant ' terrorists, why not take to farms ? At least they will be useful. They shouldn't have anything close to the military, it's self sabotage. |
Right inside the bank premises? Na the bank go deal with this one personally. |
96ACE:1. Read every of the description carefully, as in very very carefully with the dimension. 2. Even when you observe the first point above, ensure you have enough shock absorber for disappointment. The quality may be far from your expectations 3. Do not fall for their promotions, you'll pay more to unlock the supposed gift. This is my experience, yours may be different. |
Where's Gbagbo? People forget easily. But if Ivorians like him that much, good luck to them! To every mallam, his own kettle. |
When they should be considering merging states. |
It'll take a miracle and high level maneuvering to snatch the APC ticket form this man. Wetin other senators dey do self? Man is everywhere in Ogun state. |
