I fully understands @Abdul4trust1 very well, perhaps, more than you do, because we are wearing the same shoe. I equally joined through 300 DE, did my last exams 2 semesters ago and yet to see my name on the graduation list as well.

I want to say it clearly that NOUN was never prepared for this 300L intake before rolling it out for admissions.

First, the Credit Unit (CU) requirements for graduation for a 200L DE 90 CU, obtained through 6 semesters of study. I'm shocked that NOUN would also require a 300L DE, that has only 4 semesters, to obtain the same 90 CU.

In Economics Department, for example, the minimum compulsory Core courses and the Electives for each of the four semesters in 300L & 400L are 22, 23, 23 & 18 CUs respectively, making a total of 85 CU. This also includes the NOU107 & Research Project.

Going by the above, how do you expect a 300L DE student to obtain 90 CU?

It is obvious that such students were expected to take some courses in lower level. This means extra semesters and it was never communicated to students.

Now reflect on this also, the max CU per semester is 24 CU. With the minimum courses & their total CU I listed earlier, what if a student gets a Carry Over? How do you expect the student to take the courses for the current semester & the Carry Over, considering the 24 CU cap per semester?

The institution is poor with academic planning & management.

I had to raise a ticket when I found my self in this dilemma. The response I got was that I have to do some courses in 100L, 200L and all the GSTs in all levels. I was shocked. This is a clear negligence on the school by not communicating these things to students. I cant even remember the last year the students handbook was updated.

This is the same school that have on several occasions advised DE students to do only NOU107 in addition to their respective level GSTs only. This advise is on record.

Pause, and reflect on this also. A student have max of 24 CU per semester. If he/she is expected to do some courses in lower levels in addition to courses amounting to almost 24 CU in the current semesters, how do you expect the student to finish in 4 semesters as a 300L DE, considering the 24 CU cap.

By last two semesters ago, I have completed the extra 9 CU that I was advised to do in those 100l & 200L, yet uptill now with my 111 CU, I'm yet to see my name on the graduation list.

Recently, they announced admission into MSc Accounting and others. I pity the first set of people that will be admitted to do such programmes. Even the admission portal is yet to be optimised to take those students up till now, and TMA1 is running already.

NOUN is not organised and very far from being a noble institute.

Exchange rate stability is macro-economic in nature. You can't revert it by mere issuing a directive.

To stabilize the exchange rate, you must maintain your Balance of Payment equilibrium. This simply means that your Export must be equal or higher than your Import. But today, nigeria basically depend on foreign imports for virtually everything they use. Farmers can't go to farm, Investors are leaving en mass, small production companies are closing down due to operational cost especially diesel price. The roads are not safe, neither are the roads motorable. We can't refine our fuel & can't pay subsidy. All the know economic variables are on the downside.

Should I mention the dollar dominated loans taken by Buhari and how Emefiele was printing & injecting more naira to the economy in the name of Mean Advances?.
