In my case I went there like a week earlier to submit my documents but on the day of capturing, I notice that you can do that on your capturing day. Just make sure that your documents are intact to avoid disappointment. It's not necessary you submit the originals, the photocopies will do.


Lastly, no matter how early you get there some people will be there before you. I got there on 06:50am I was on number 121. I will be there again on November 3 because I have issue to resolve.
