How do you mean? What does that imply?

Yes o.

8 days to go

I don't know how, but this week and past days have been so panicky for me.
I can't remember the last time I was this anxious and mentally paralysed.

I can't even imagine how it is for those that have been waiting since May.
The countdown seems like forever!

It was hmmmm.
I was already asked about my previous job experiences before I sat down.
I was asked to explain the meaning of diverse as I claimed to be one
They wanted to know Pwc competitors and if ice applied to any (I said Yes)
Also about the line of services!!! Guys please be informed they do 4 things now, the 4th is Private wealth management
Other behavior questions on what I’m doing at my current job and achievements

Also for the group assessment... for those yet to write, I’ll say this DO NOT CHOOSE PRESENTING unless you’re so sure of yourself and ability to grasp points being thrown at a very fast paced by other people who are there to impress. I literally almost eviscerated myself here. Again please be sure you’re that kinda guy!

Regular strength and weakness and one referee from my current job.

I went in for Advisory so any other Advisory yet to do can pm me

May we all get our heart desire

Hi Bella, I am yet to do. I just sent a pm. You could also kindly reach out to me at jaynox4j [at] gmail.com

Did mine yesterday, I was surprised to find out that out of everybody that came yesterday I was the only person who chose advisory.

The interview was okay, know what is happening currently both globally and locally. Remember the names of your group members and give positive assessment about them. Try to be free, interact with the interviewers and be honest. Be very confident and try not to be rigid.

It feels so good to actually get a glimpse of this page.
Was in your shoes this time last year and was also assuming a lot of things and all but Glory to God . . I am now in the "fun firm to work with" . . Welcome to this year's recruitment process and I wish you guys the very best in subsequent stages

For those who got regret mail, the fight continues . . It's not the end of the world and surely plenty other offers will come your way and hey if you must work in PwC . . Why not go work for one year elsewhere and comeback as an experience hire next year, two years time?

In all welcome on board guys and I wish you the very best. As usual I love taking questions . . Feel free okay. Cheers

Thanks for this.
Willing to give a range for the remuneration or what we shud be gunning for.
I would be glad to email you about this or chat you up.

the email states "Graduate Trainee position"
I want to believe that also is in error, as that wasn't the original position advertised nor the one applied for.

Is anyone's email saying something different?
Let's believe it is same kinda error as the "PwC Kenya" error that was in the earlier acknowledgment of application email.

Whoever sent this, common!!! You are definitely smarter than this.
Be discrete for once, this is a widely public and porous forum. Block out those emails, even yours.

You even risk jeopardizing your application process for the job.
Take down the picture or crop out the sensitive PII section.

Someone from PWC better not see this

My dear, same here. Got the email around 2pm and it is saying that I wasn't shortListed when I tried to log in. With the way this country runs things, I know we have to act fast and get across to them. This seems fishy, as always with things with Nigerian government.

Car Talk / Re: This Is Why You Should Not Drive Your Automatic Cars With Both Feet by lifehackmax(m): 12:40pm On Mar 15, 2018
peacettw:
When I learnt how to drive, I was taught to use both feet.
My dad on wanting to see my new skills asked that I take him for a ride around our neighbourhood. He found out that I was struggling with the two feet rule and taught me to use one foot instead. His reason was that when an emergency arises on the road, my reflexes will be quicker and more accurate if using one foot rather than the two. 10 years later, I can only say that he was damn right.

**Just read the op's write up and it confirms exactly what my father had told me.

What happened 10 years later?

1) I'm scared of snakes, to the extent I can't even look at pictures or see it on telly, I scream and run.

2)i love sniffing people's (mostly my loved ones) foreheads. I have a forehead fetish.

3) I have a birthmark which is symmetrical, you can see the line of demarcation clearly, on the left side of my body but not the right. It would make committing a crime difficult as I'd be easily identified.

4)I love picking at my toenails, so much till they bleed. I kinda enjoy the pain, sweet pain I call it.

5)I'm scared of flying yet I love travelling. Which means whoever sits next to me on a flight better be ready to swim in snot, tears and dealing with a stranger holding their hands.
