So gazzuzz fixes all manners and brands of Cars? Does rhd to lhd conversion? Panel beating and painting? And it doesn't matter if it's a volvo or a Renault, just bring it in? Oh pls

If only you are an active participant in the auto industry, then you'll realise you'll only take any mechanic claiming to fix all cars with a pinch of salt

If he were that good, and he's been doing it for 15yrs, he must be known and will have had some sort of presence online either via his site or via someone somewhere mentioning or recommending him

Besides, this is an indirect advert thread for a direct competitor, he should develop some sense and go start his own thread and build his own name, instead of trying to reap from the sweat of Someone else
How many of your Volvo Mechanics have an online presence?
Does your personal kazeem have an online presence?
How many of the textbook mechanics here even have an online presence. Let's be realistic jare.
Having an online presence is a function of creating one, it's not a recognition awarded by some endorsement body. Any bussiness savy quack with an education can create a website and google presence.

By the way, Are you telling me all the RHD to LHD conversions carried out in Nigeria daily are done by Garages with online presence? Do you know howmany cars are converted in Ladipo every week ?

Gazzuzz fixing only certain brands is a choice. There are other "experts" here that do not take a preference to japanese or european.
My comparism was referenced to the multifaceted nature of the bussiness... Engine & suspension repairs/maintenance, bodyworks, part sales, vehicle sales etc.

He stepped out of line by derailing the thread with an advert, which is forgivable seeing he's new on the forum.

By the way , Why do I get the vibe you're sucking up to gazzuzz ? . I think say una be cat and rat.

Only you can fix all those on vaarious car models, repair ac and also do painting,,, hold on, you're also a 'car dealer' and you sell body parts too.

I'm reminded of those Dr. Benbella drugs that can cure all existing ailments, got to point out that for that sole reason, I never patronize him.

Good luck though
not to hold brief for the dude but, there's nothing unusual about that oga......Gazzuzz like a number of other experienced Mechs do all the above and more....from the same garage ....so , what gives? ? ? I don't see you calling him Benbella.
Don't knock another man's hustle without justification.
Many socalled experts here are textbook mechanics

So, Bottom line.....a car that was brought in via land borders can have its papers regularized....if you exploit the right loopholes ( which in this case involves pre registration)

You're even advertising your services on the same thread where all of you were vilifying the OP for suggesting that there are workarounds....

Do you know that I still have some of those old rappers 33.3 LP and 45 vinyl records? There was no CD then, we used vinyl to DJ.

The question should be, why would you want your perimeter light on at all times in the first place....when for the larger percentage of the time it is neither providing illumination to anybody around, nor deterring intrusion....

You see what I'm talking about.... Both your insults and your idiocy are displayed here.
You claim not to be accuising me of being a fraud,
But you are here constantly calling me a dishonest fellow. But you are yet to show a single shred of your so-called dishonesty
I just showed evidence of the condition and description of the phone i sold in good faith. Do you see more of how wrong you are.

I also recall describing in my thread the exact building where the price of the g3 screen was obtained.
A sensible man is careful with his words. Once spoken they can never be taken back. And irreparable damage is done.
Take it easy bro, i understand your anger, but you need to learn to ignore certain type of comments. Not every statement deserves a response. Even though i know it's a little different when your reputation is being questioned, but nevertheless...
I know you as a gentleman oo, I surprise for this kyn cursing & vexation grin

Like i said conflict is inevitable. am not faking maturity.dia is what is called rethink and i have to reposition myself back to.....so sorry! i rest my case
To be honest, that's a pretty lame apology.

Out of curiosity i went through most of the communication between you two, and I'm still yet to understand your exact reason for pegging him a fraud, a dishonest seller , having no conscience etc. those are very very strong words my frnd.
Stating a different price from what you believe to be the price of a screen is that ithuh That's wrong man, very wrong. There's absolutely no justification for such reckless slander .
98% of aftermarket parts in Nigeria are low quality variants. That's the simple truth ...that's what you'll find in all aftermarket shops, and that's what most people know. You should have simply stated the price you know and left it at that. Instead of implying that he was intentionally being dishonest with the price he stated.

If he has never defrauded you or anyone you're aware of , then your statements are actually "Libel" and such character defamations are chargeable in court.

I have bought an original pair of Rayban sunglasses and a Sony Vaio notebook from the same person, without even meeting one on one. I received them in Abuja and they were exactly as described, so i was suprised to see his angry comments.
The problem with situations like this is ....even when you realize you're wrong , spoken words are like spilled water. You can't take it all back, that's why we have to be careful with the things we say in public.

...and you both don't have a C of O....
@excuzeme the above was the premise of my position to start with.
PropertiesRe: General Topic Thread-To Discuss Anything And Everything in Building Construction by Lifted1(m): 11:28pm On Aug 28, 2016
Excuzeme:
.

There have been many of such cases already decided in LAW COURTS Sir.

The position of the law is that whoever owns something FIRST, has a SUBSISTING Right of Ownership on the same thing, if he/she has not contracted to sell/transfer such right to another person.

Whoever has the first 'properly processed' C of O is the owner of the land.

Its not about what each party thinks, it is about what the LAW/COURTS say.
You can both compare the documents you have and it will be obvious to both of you who is at fault.
But you can still decide not to accept the glaring truth.

The second person who carries another C-of-O on the same land with a prior C of O is carrying a counterfeit C of O because a land should have only one ownership. He was DUPED by Civil Servants who issued him a C of O on a land already rightfully acquired and properly processed by the same authority.

I am not a Lawyer Sir so dont take my word too seriously.
That's my point exactly, you're making it sound like it's so easy to settle these kind of issues out of court over a bottle of b beer.
They are both agitated, they both strongly believe in rightful ownership, so the next logical step would be going to court.
So your position that the individual who lost the case lost his chance at making a truce by proceeding to court in the first place is contradictory, he's not in court because he's stubborn, he's in court because he seeks validation of his ownership claim as does the other party
