Your bank statement is not a complete sufficient proof of fund, when the inflow and outflow is not consistent with your salary. You need to explain to the ECO how you were able to save 550K over 6 months from an income of £106 per month less monthly expenses. You stated that your monthly expenditure is £40 per month. How reasonable can you spend less that N25,000 per month in present day Nigeria? If you indeed had additional sources of income (land documents, shares etc), to support your bank statement, you failed to present such. You can go ahead and present them in your new application and explain to the ECO that you did not initially see the need in your previous application. However, you will still need to explain to the ECO how you got the fund to acquire those shares or properties!

From the refusal letter. The ECO turned down your application due to your low income earnings and your inability to proof or provide documentation on the source of over £800 you plan to spend. Since you are planing to reapply be mindful that any additional financial document you intend to submit must be back up with documentation on how you got this funds. For example you will need provide documentation how you get the funds to aquire properties, lands, stocks, fixed deposits, vis-a-vis your current earning. Without showing concrete evidences your financials, you are likely to be refused again despite the support from your brother in the UK. The key to application is proving that you have a convincing financial and economic home ties that will convinced the ECO that you will not over stay.

My proof of funds is shown in my bank statement of 550k I submitted for the application. Do I need to have another cover letter to it.I have had land property before the application before my employment but I thought was nt necessary on submission won't it be questioned these time.

Ghana past trip(declare) and Canada student refusal(nt declare lately I learnt on these thread its misrepresentn)
Pension statement and tax receipt(employer start paying last year).
IV card and letter and utility bills of Brother bn British citizen.(was slated for occasion in July refusal came yesterday)
Sister decided to funds cos of my low acct balance.

Couldn't submit these, I dnt know if would meet up personal circumstance queried:
Sponsor bank statement
My landed property with COO.
My FGN bond and share certificates.
I have most of my funds directed to a invested coy in agricbusiness as an investor inclusive of my balance after printing application bank statement to have ROI from end of these month.(Any need for agreement note because i can't liquidate between now and my next app).
Can my sponsor run a transfer to my acct against the fund queried on my refusal note(hope it won't b lodgement)

Please I will gladly appreciate feed back to help me address my next app.

@ lightdream R u sure u r doing the right thing? Go back to d page under card types select debit card.. after that it will take you to another page. One d 2nd page leave the valid from blank n input the expiry date.make sure the name on the card is the same as the name you r typing into the box.

Please what I did was input gtcard on call after the operator and nt through.someone mentioned master card.

yes sure you can register now against November, Only November 2 available now though. And no , am not working with Walspring, his is a scheme funded by some guys, where you pay half the price, Mine is cheap compared to the main $205, cos I use Vouchers for registration.

Pls UKVI sent me a mail today after i sent an enquiry to through email asking some questions like reason for escalation, full name, Passport number, date of biometrics etc. Will they send me another mail confirming escalation or this is all they send?
