Before the interview, I was discouraged by her appearance.

I had to put a call through to the hiring firm, expressing my disappointment. However,so as not to make her feel bad, I decided to ask her a few questions in relation to the job. To My utmost surprise, she said she had never held the position. This justified by anger.

Long story short, she was hired.


She was taught her role within few days and that's all! She's now the best worker in all ramifications.


Lesson to all employers, do not hire base on experience alone.

Is it just me or is there anyone who's experiencing this?

I'm actually a very forgiving person,
I mean, I forgive people who hurt me and move on with my life even without them apologizing,but I keep getting hurt over and over again.

One of my male friends and I had a misunderstanding five months ago which he claimed I insulted him and promised to deal with me...I sha took it jokingly till last week Sunday,he apologized and said we should get back to how we used to vibe before...I agreed.
Fast forward to Wednesday evening...we decided to hang out in his place(that was our normal meeting point before our fight tho)

He told me it was a trap after I entered the house and he locked the door,he said he was gonna deal with me for insulting him...long story cut short,he raped Me brutally without protection ( I've never had any sexual relationship with him before)
After the whole incident,I Left to the hospital and was examined,I was drugs and I got the doctor's report too and headed straight to SSS the next morning and made my complain with the prove,he was arrested and beaten,he admitted to raping me and was transferred to the police headquarters..
I was called this morning and the IPO asked if I really want him to go to prison or forgive him?


Omoh....remembering that rape is life imprisonment,I'm feeling guilty already and thinking of going to close the case.

I remember a friend once had a bet with me that if I went behind his back to woo his girlfriend for sex and I succeeded, he would give me a 100k.

I actually went behind him to ask the girl to go out with me and she did. It was a prearranged place. The boyfriend was hiding in the toilet of the chalet. I promised to give the lady 50k if she had sex with me and she obliged.

When I come in contact with people and want to shake hands with me I give "the chop knuckle" . I get response like " you still dey for COVID-19 , Haba! Corona don go na.

I continued the practice for personal hygiene . Can you imagine some people sneezing in their bare palm , rub it vigorous together.. I have since people pick and swipe their nose with their right hands etc

Quality education is not cheap.

If the universities must meet up to world standard, they need funding and they need to be self sufficient enough to fund themselves and own research facilities funded by thee universities and not the government.

For this to happen, people have to pay for quality education.

The status quo won't get us anywhere. Look how many graduates are dished out yearly, barely one third of those will get jobs, the rest will have to learn a skill or trade to survive, others will take to crime.

At the end, not everyone can go to higher institutions. Those who must go must be sure they are ready to study and graduate with good grades in order to be competitive in the labour market.

Technical skills, skill acquisition and business development and entrepreneurship should be encouraged after secondary school. If many graduates have known enough about entrepreneurship and that they'd still be job hunting years after graduating the university, they would have learned tailoring, make up, cake making, shoe making, mechanic, catering , soap making, pop work, carpentry, paint making etc rather than wasting years in the university only to graduate and start learning these skills to make a living.
