heniford2:OK. We have lots of plastic fabrication companies in Nigeria. We have OK plastic, Dana plastic, Niplas, DEM PLENTY. Some of them are even fabricating coolers, world class for diff brands. So, individuals will contract them to manufacture their own brands for them at a cheaper rate. Its will be done in bulk. You can contract them to manufacture plastic parts and other plastic stuffs like the dish racks. They can do this stuff, if we give them a chance. So you can have your brand without a factory. See examples of made in Nigeria coolers. We can manufacture most of what we import. We just need more people investing in manufacturing. www.nairaland.com/attachments/7873909_image_jpeg_jpeg6f95b5e7a24ad4fc0808d6698fd37362 https://www.celplas.com/images/Coolers/brand11.jpg https://www.celplas.com/images/Coolers/brand2.jpg Thank you. |

Forget about the packaging, this fantastic high selling product can be manufactured in Nigeria. Nigeria has abundant hydro carbon = Na were dem they get the plasticchemeical from. Yet we are busy importing plastic products from companies with out hydrocarbon resources. They buy this raw materials from us and send us the already made product, at an expensive price. Nigeria can manufacture o. In order for us to combat and defeat poverty in Nigeria we must manufacture some products here in Nigeria. Most of the owners of this products abroad dont even have a factory. They out source the manufacturing to factories and over night they have their own brands. Thats the way to manufacture in 2021, you dont need to own a factory to manufacture. Nigeria should imbibe this manufacturing culture and the manufacturing companies in Nigeria most position their companies to accommodate other peoples products. Our manufactures are totally self centered and very greedy, but who greed help today? Lets build a manufacturing Nigeria. Lets go to this manufacturing companies to manufacture our brands. PLATE RACKS MADE OF PLASTIC. We can manufacture it. Nigeria, has we all know can manufacture most of what we are currently importing. So this great Nigerian @ Mr. Levi Yakubu decided to manufacture ceramic wares, world class oh. Check the pics. The name of his company is Dajo pottery, located in Benue State. The owner of the company is a friendly person. I have spoken with him on phone, you can also call him or watsapp him. Show Nigeria some love, buy his products. https://web.facebook.com/pg/dajopotteryltd/services/ Nigeria can manufacture anything. Nigerian ceramics. We have usless leaders but one day their rubbish will expire.

budaatum:Government will not run biz, but they will own biz. The moment government abandon manufacturing for the capitalist, it will spell doom. The capitalist will run the economy to the ground. This don't make sense. "Government is no longer involved in business." "US companies are battling with companies backed and sponsored by their government." These are the words of an irresponsible government. Government should invest massively in business. Its working wonders in ASIA. The USA and Eroupean governments were investing in business in thise olden days and it paid off. The govs even sponsored various trips by exploitative crooks to Africa. That will show you how deep their govt participated in business in those olden days. If you think its wrong for gov to be part of biz, why is the Asian economy booming? The greedy capitalist of the West deceived the govt and masses with = "Government is no longer involved in business." In summery the Chinese and Japanese government are behind the success and domination. A pure capitalist economy is evil. Government most own and invest in business to enable them make favorable laws that will benefit the country. The government will also invest in very high capital intensive projects to enable her biz men make great profit and minimize losses. |
eduj:Thats what they told you. The real truth. Us companies love big bucks. They over charge for their products. It has nothing to do with quality. Even iphones that are made in China with cheap labor are so expensive. In the days of Nokia we got fantastic phone at lower prices. They love to sell very high. And their manufacturing industry is closed to the masses. Its a one giant affair. |

Injection moulding (U.S. spelling: injection molding) is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals (for which the process is called die-casting), glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed (using a helical screw), and injected into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.[1]:240 After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, moulds are made by a mould-maker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminium, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire body panels of cars. Advances in 3D printing technology, using photopolymers that do not melt during the injection moulding of some lower-temperature thermoplastics, can be used for some simple injection moulds. Injection moulding uses a special-purpose machine that has three parts: the injection unit, the mould and the clamp. Parts to be injection-moulded must be very carefully designed to facilitate the moulding process; the material used for the part, the desired shape and features of the part, the material of the mould, and the properties of the moulding machine must all be taken into account. The versatility of injection moulding is facilitated by this breadth of design considerations and possibilities. budaatum:What is killing American manufacuring is excessive capitalisim and their government is no longer involved in business. The moment the government leave business the manufacturing economy will crash. US companies are battling with companies backed and sponsored by thier government. Its not just a one man business. Secondly American products are usually expensive because US companies love big bucks. Eg is beat by DRE, iphones, etc. They love to sell expensive like Nigerians. Same fate experienced by Ford will surly affect Apple in the future. The US is fond of runing a one giant economy, this will change for them if they pen up their manufacturing industry to the masses. |
Coronabirus:Correct There are many good things happening under ground, but they are distracting us with negative vibes. There is power in info. Boi is funding the factories of many big men in Nigeria. Many of the people we call big men in Nigeria, built their empires with govt grants and loans, but they wont show Nigerians the way. |
eduj:True. We are also very greedy. All these nonsense is happening cos only a few are manufacturing. What will be the price of cement if we have like twenty companies manufacturing cement? Nigerians are naturally greedy as regards the price of their goods. Go on Esty you will see Nigerians selling cloths of 2k Naira for 80 usd. We greedy. Things will change if many of us go into manufacturing. There is a way. If fuel price goes up, then the Evs will take over. |
