Explain more on this
OK.

We have lots of plastic fabrication companies in Nigeria.

We have OK plastic, Dana plastic, Niplas, DEM PLENTY. Some of them are even fabricating coolers, world class for diff brands.

So, individuals will contract them to manufacture their own brands for them at a cheaper rate. Its will be done in bulk.

You can contract them to manufacture plastic parts and other plastic stuffs like the dish racks.

They can do this stuff, if we give them a chance.

So you can have your brand without a factory.

See examples of made in Nigeria coolers.

We can manufacture most of what we import. We just need more people investing in manufacturing.

Forget about the packaging, this fantastic high selling product can be manufactured in Nigeria. Nigeria has abundant hydro carbon = Na were dem they get the plasticchemeical from. Yet we are busy importing plastic products from companies with out hydrocarbon resources.

They buy this raw materials from us and send us the already made product, at an expensive price. Nigeria can manufacture o.

In order for us to combat and defeat poverty in Nigeria we must manufacture some products here in Nigeria.

Most of the owners of this products abroad dont even have a factory. They out source the manufacturing to factories and over night they have their own brands. Thats the way to manufacture in 2021, you dont need to own a factory to manufacture.

Nigeria should imbibe this manufacturing culture and the manufacturing companies in Nigeria most position their companies to accommodate other peoples products. Our manufactures are totally self centered and very greedy, but who greed help today?

Lets build a manufacturing Nigeria.

Lets go to this manufacturing companies to manufacture our brands.

PLATE RACKS MADE OF PLASTIC.
We can manufacture it.

Another Bomb!
You African are far older than those who brought you the book
The original scriptures was written in your African languages not in English
Your African languages is far older than other languages e.g Swahili is the most old and popular language in the world according to histories

How come your stories were written in Greek, Paleo Hebrew and English?
They replaced the Son of your Creator to the son of their Greek god Zeus. Whether you believe it or not, there a true Creator and their is an Impostor God ruling the world today. There is a true son of Man and an Impostor son of man who All almost call on earth today

The original scriptures is our book not your Christian books. They transliterated from our stories and it is only us the Ancient people that can tell you the truth (Isaiah 44:7). You people were told the Ancient people/first people/original people will teach you all things not your Christians teachers who fell for the half stories.

It's our book and only the chosen among us will teach all the hidden truth. So don't tell me I am quoting from your Christian book. It is our book and though the stories be turned, we will still use it to open your eyes to the truth until the Son of Man comes to correct the lies and fulfil the book.

Truth always hurt. I can see you are truly hurt so I will avoid you.
Rest!

U dey worsen the confusion.

And if you are told why the Pinks are not affected by curses now, you will call me a Racist. The truth is that you are the original people of the book and your Bible stories all happened in Africa. This is already clear for those who have eyes to see. That's why the curses affect you

The curses of Deutronomy 28 is still on hold on Africans. They departed from the LAWS YHWH gave them for foreign religions and ways not cast up

When the Messiah was on earth people suffer for the sins of their fathers (John 9:2). Today many are still suffering from such curses. All religion are Apostate today and many can't seek their Creator for themselves and do what is lawful to be free.

We are Africans and our Ancestors did a lot of evil when they fell from the true way. They can offend someone and the person may enter a covenant with the devil to inflict their generation with curses. You see a family where about 4 children are blind or deaf. There are families that no one can get to 40yrs and many more. So if you say people are not suffering from generational curses in Africa, lay one hand on your head and the other on your eyes and tell your Creator to give you sense and also open your eyes to see clearly.

It's only the Messiah that can free all from these curses at his coming. Some people can do it themselves and their are also righteous men who can do it but the Messiah is the only one that can properly do it when He comes.
Nothing like generational curses think.

Which did your fathers commit?

Do you know the sins the whites, Arabs and co committed?

Africa where it this, because this is how far our intellectual capacity can take us.

This don't make sense. "Government is no longer involved in business." "US companies are battling with companies backed and sponsored by their government."

I take it the companies "backed and sponsored by their government" are not American, but Chinese perhaps? Kinda shows government involvement in Chinese business is beneficial to Chinese companies, don't you think?

I would not agree that government involvement in Nigeria businesses would benefit Nigeria though. Not the corrupt and incompetent governments we have.
Government will not run biz, but they will own biz.

The moment government abandon manufacturing for the capitalist, it will spell doom.

The capitalist will run the economy to the ground.

This don't make sense. "Government is no longer involved in business." "US companies are battling with companies backed and sponsored by their government." These are the words of an irresponsible government.

Government should invest massively in business. Its working wonders in ASIA.

The USA and Eroupean governments were investing in business in thise olden days and it paid off. The govs even sponsored various trips by exploitative crooks to Africa. That will show you how deep their govt participated in business in those olden days.

If you think its wrong for gov to be part of biz, why is the Asian economy booming?

The greedy capitalist of the West deceived the govt and masses with = "Government is no longer involved in business."

In summery the Chinese and Japanese government are behind the success and domination.

A pure capitalist economy is evil.

Government most own and invest in business to enable them make favorable laws that will benefit the country. The government will also invest in very high capital intensive projects to enable her biz men make great profit and minimize losses.

Not true, American manufacturing is bedeviled by what made it strong

1) the quality standards of products made in America is one of the strictest world wide. To beat some of them, companies relocate to climes with less strindent quality measures.
The shacman and foton trucks rampant in Nigeria can't sell in USA etc.

2) wages in America and Europe are very high hence, companies find it cheaper to move to china . Recently the wages in china are going up and that is why china is moving less sensitive sectors in manufacturing eg clothing, shoe making etc to Africa.

The above two makes American products more expensive than most others.

China ,the only country challenging the American manufacturing industry built up theirs through theft and reverse engineering of technologies from other nations, and by taking charge of the African continent (trade).Your typical African country is led by greedy and inept rulers and that is why, instead of the African continent experiencing an industrial revolution, it will skip pass most of them (countries) while we experience political And economic colonization by the Chinese
Thats what they told you.

The real truth.

Us companies love big bucks. They over charge for their products.
It has nothing to do with quality.

Even iphones that are made in China with cheap labor are so expensive.

In the days of Nokia we got fantastic phone at lower prices.

They love to sell very high.

And their manufacturing industry is closed to the masses.

Its a one giant affair.

BusinessManufacturing -Injection Moulding by LikeAking(op): 4:13pm On Jul 06, 2021
Injection moulding (U.S. spelling: injection molding) is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mould, or mold. Injection moulding can be performed with a host of materials mainly including metals (for which the process is called die-casting), glasses, elastomers, confections, and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers. Material for the part is fed into a heated barrel, mixed (using a helical screw), and injected into a mould cavity, where it cools and hardens to the configuration of the cavity.[1]:240 After a product is designed, usually by an industrial designer or an engineer, moulds are made by a mould-maker (or toolmaker) from metal, usually either steel or aluminium, and precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. Injection moulding is widely used for manufacturing a variety of parts, from the smallest components to entire body panels of cars. Advances in 3D printing technology, using photopolymers that do not melt during the injection moulding of some lower-temperature thermoplastics, can be used for some simple injection moulds.

Injection moulding uses a special-purpose machine that has three parts: the injection unit, the mould and the clamp. Parts to be injection-moulded must be very carefully designed to facilitate the moulding process; the material used for the part, the desired shape and features of the part, the material of the mould, and the properties of the moulding machine must all be taken into account. The versatility of injection moulding is facilitated by this breadth of design considerations and possibilities. From https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Injection_moulding

Our industry, along with just about everything else in Nigeria, fails because of flaws in our underlying ideologies.

Smart nations do not get stuck "believing". They adopt a kaizen approach, which is "ask knock and seek", and until we as individuals change our 'philosophy of living' from what it is and that holds us back, to what it can become and that would move us forward when we use our senses, we shall continue to tremble!

Ford is an example of Nigeria.

Ford has given up on cars. The only “car” it still manufactures is the Mustang. It killed all its other car lines. And that sales volume just went to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia, etc. And total car sales, after having collapsed every year for years, collapsed by another 82% in June year-over-year, to just 2,868 Mustangs and a handful of leftover Fusions that were still sitting on dealer lots.

And heres what kaizen helps achieve.

And in June, Toyota’s total sales skyrocketed by 40%, blowing away GM and Ford and everyone. The hated cars that Ford threw under the bus, so to speak? Well, Toyota sold 68,771 cars, up 57% year-over-year. Ford sold 2,868 cars in June. Ford’s idiotic decision to walk away from cars just handed this market to Toyota and others.

You're more likely to get what I mean if management has been part of your education.

https://wolfstreet.com/2021/07/03/semiconductor-shortage-slams-auto-sales-in-june-ford-swoons-toyota-after-hoarding-chips-blows-away-gm-for-first-time-ever/
What is killing American manufacuring is excessive capitalisim and their government is no longer involved in business.

The moment the government leave business the manufacturing economy will crash.

US companies are battling with companies backed and sponsored by thier government.

Its not just a one man business.

Secondly American products are usually expensive because US companies love big bucks. Eg is beat by DRE, iphones, etc.
They love to sell expensive like Nigerians.

Same fate experienced by Ford will surly affect Apple in the future.

The US is fond of runing a one giant economy, this will change for them if they pen up their manufacturing industry to the masses.

why are the Chinese goods cheaper than those made in Nigeria ?

That is the problem ......and it all boils down to inept leadership.

Nigeria's wages has always been ridiculously low since the 80's, we have coal and Crude to generate power, we have iron ore and aluminum ore, we have always had trained manpower, the finance is there and this are the bedrock of every developed nation today -so why have Nigeria righteously failed to drop the tag of a developing country?

cement is relatively more expensive now it's produced in Nigeria than when we imported most of it.

A bag of rice increased 400% in price now that we produce most of it than when we imported most of it.

chicken ? etc.
Once dangote refinery comes on stream, importation of refined crude will be greatly limited and subsidy gone- watch the increase that will occur then.
No matter how you put it,inept and corrupt leadership caused the collapse and is mitigating the development of Nigeria
True.

We are also very greedy.

All these nonsense is happening cos only a few are manufacturing.

What will be the price of cement if we have like twenty companies manufacturing cement?

Nigerians are naturally greedy as regards the price of their goods. Go on Esty you will see Nigerians selling cloths of 2k Naira for 80 usd.

We greedy.

Things will change if many of us go into manufacturing.

There is a way.
