CareerRe: Enquiries: Chartered Institute Of Personnel Management [CIPM] Membership by Lilibeth914(f): 5:07pm On Oct 19, 2016
Please I have lots of questions to ask.
1.)What is the duration for the CIPM programme if i am to start with intermediate 2 as a graduate.
2.)I would start NYSC this november, which diet would you advice me to start with, February or August?
3.)If i passout from NYSC next year, would i be able to continue the programme in another state after service?
4.)how much do you think i should i budget for CIPM?
5.)Since i would be exempted from foundation 1 and 2 as well as intermediate 1, would i be required to pay for them i.e. exemption fees, or i would start paying from intermediate 2.

thank you.

To save you all the stress, why not ask who is assistibg you for the registeration to print out the payment slip for you to go pay at the bank, is easy too.... As for the soft token stuff, you have to go to your bank and apply for that, immediately you will be given a form to fill and after that your atm will be activated for soft token or web transactions.. That can make you shop with ur verve card online locally
please, will dey charge you for the token or deduct?

Its such a shame that this thread has been derailed. I was expecting Seun to barn some people, but it seems like him and his moderators are biased/tribalist.
The high level of ethnocentrism i see here is bad. I am proud of the selected representatives, every tribe is blessed i must say.
looking down on the igbos is a shameful act because this same tribe after the civil war were given little to start life with, yet they are trying their best to succeed. And people that have had favour from the FG from time immemorial are mocking them and raising unnecessary comparison? hmmm
Now, you want oduduwa country because you feel you are more sophisticated and igbos are primitive, why not fight for it. you shout ONE Nigeria, when IPODs protest and are indirectly helping you to achieve odua country and u are happy when they are killed. yes they are chestbeaters, but can you survive being treated and called a second class citizen?
hmmmmm.
what do we want? we call ourselves Nigerians, but hate ourselves.

PropertiesMy Landlord And His Agent Has Declined My Offer To Pay 6 Months Rent. by Lilibeth914(op): 11:07am On Mar 09, 2016
Hello Nairalanders,
I am a final year student in one of the tertiary institutions in Anambra. I will be graduating this August and my house rent expired this March.
I have pleaded with my landlord and his agent to allow me pay for six months rent (#25,000) instead of #50,000 annual rent fee.
My problem is how to convince them to change their minds, because the agent threatened to lock up our rooms before the end of this week. I cant pay for 1 year because i will graduate in August.
Pls what do I do in this situation?

Thank you very much mercylicious... You have just helped me out in a great way.
CareerRe: Please I Need Answers On Outsourcing And Casualization In The Bank by Lilibeth914(op): 11:20pm On Jan 07, 2016
[quote author=mercylicious post=41757549]Yes.
Almost all the banks in Nigeria outsource. The staff are called contract staff. Their terms are stated on the offer letter. Some for 6 months, others for one year. Most are renewed after the expiry of the contracts, however, when banks need to downsize to remain afloat, the outsourced are the first to go. This happens most times, cos they have little legal powers with the bank .

Casuals are mostly used for jobs that come once in a while , or at some particular time of the year.
Waec, nigeria population comission, etc use them most times. You are paid for everyday you come to work. Any day u dont feel like coming or u have other engagements, u can stay at home and not be paid. The terms for cvasuals are also stated. For some, if u miss work for ten days in a month, d job is terminated.

I know cos I've done the two jobs. [/pls does the use of outsourced staff cause problem between the management and the direct bank employees? ]
