and 2 evri1, last yr UI dnt announce clearance date, d day they released 2nd batch list oo. 2nd list was released Nov 7, some days later d clearance date was announced wic was btw nov21 - dec5...

D clearance might be in NOV
last year, d clearance commenced after d session ended, Session ended Nov5 and Clearance was btw Nov 21 and December 5... So d clearance might be Nov, coz session finishes Nov16 dis yr.
Anoda tin is dat we might resume dis yr oo..UI vacated Nov5 last yr, and den announced December 12 as der resumption date b4 ASUU caused wahala, so they went for 1month holiday. D same might happen dis yr
(me just saying my own from d view of last year).
