That was why the Perm Sec of that ministry has been signing statements, and the Minister of State has been acting very cautious. That was why Adamu Adamu was not at Abba Kyari grave side. This scam of a govt kept the info because we as people are too dull to know and ask questions. Adamu Adamu only just returned to Nigeria recently.
