I'm not even concerned about our chances of qualifications for the next round of the UCL, because I know that's a done deal. Although I'll have been happier if we had sealed qualifications for the next round on match day 5,but it's not over yet.

For starters, Man United hold the ace and are in poll position to finish top of the group. We're playing CSKA Moscow at home, at Old Trafford, a place that has now become a strong fort, where we have not lost since September last year, against Man City, although during this period, there have been unpalatable draws, but it's better than losing at home.

The best CSKA Moscow can hope to get, is a draw. We're 3 points ahead of 2nd and 3rd place teams, with a 4goals difference against 2nd place team and 7goals difference against 3rd place team. Only an apocalypse will be prevent us from qualifying for the next round and finishing as group winners.

So, I'm calm.

We've got Arsenal at the Emirates stadium before CSKA Moscow and Man City at Old Trafford after CSKA Moscow. I'm confident we won't lose any of these 3 matches and we might even be the team to stop Man City's winning run.

I understand the thing about ass-licking/rimming. It obviously sound disgusting and offensive to some of us, including me, but we should understand that some people are wired differently. We're supposed to be working on fixing our dead right wing position, which means going for a good, natural right winger to man that position. Instead, we're chasing after Ivan Perisic, a known left-winger to come and do what exactly? Take over the left-wing from Martial? For how many years, thereby stunting Martial's growth and progress. We don't need Perisic, unless he can man the right-wing position as effective as he does on the left-wing.
I give it to you that Anthony Martial can own that left wing, he just needs the manager's trust and confidence at all times, including sufficient game times. We know what he's capable of doing, the talent is there. Why stunt his growth?

We should focus on getting a natural right winger, someone who can do the job effectively, he doesn't have to cost gazillions before we look in his direction. I wonder why we're not bidding for Riyadh Marez.

And for the left-back position, I trust Luke Shaw is in that position. He just needs to fix his injury woes, and he'll come good.

We should be more concerned about getting a proper right winger. I don't know why JM is not looking at that right flank.

JM is right, though. Martial has got the talent. It's that obvious, even to the blind and that Shekpe FC fan with the brain of a hen. But he needs to be consistent. He hasn't got anything to prove to anyone, but he needs to show that his head is in the game and not elsewhere. And JM needs to support him by giving him game time to build up his confidence and Martial also needs to work hard to stake a place in the team and not feeling like he's entitled to a permanent place cos of his talent.

The ninja is still my favorite guy, though. wink
