Mine is that he don't know how to pump water but he knows how to use it. We share the same tank, if the tank is full, he will pass beside it and go his way. He won't bother to disconnect it. After pumping the water sometimes, he will on his water tap and the water will be wasting. From my flat I will be hearing the sound of running tap. Before three hours the two tanks will be empty again and we will start waiting when the nepa bring light to pump water again. If any of the water facility spoil, he won't contribute a dime. I will be the one to bear the burden. The thing don tire me sef

If anything spoils again, go to a friend's place and stay for a while, leave him alone in the house for a couple of days. Only come back to change clothes that's if you're staying alone.

Crime / Re: Kidnap Victim Rejected Three Times By Ritualists by lionphil(m): 2:18pm On May 16, 2021
domaya21:
An 18-year-old auxiliary nurse, Rachael David, has relived her close shave with death at a suspected ritual killers’ den in Rivers State after she was kidnapped at Okuru Junction, Port Harcourt.

David, who is currently receiving treatment in a hospital, regained her freedom around 5pm on Friday.

Sunday PUNCH learnt that the teenager had gone to buy something at the junction around 7am on Thursday and was returning home when a motorist signalled to her, asking for direction to Bitter Leave Junction.

She told our correspondent on Saturday that as she was describing the place to the driver, she was hypnotised and lost her senses until she arrived at an unknown destination.

David explained, “I went to get something at Okuru Junction that Thursday morning before going to work. I didn’t get what I went to buy. While I was returning home, a driver blew the car horn to call my attention and I stopped. A lady was at the back of the car. He asked me if I know any place called Bitter Leave Junction and I said yes. As I was trying to direct him, he said he couldn’t hear me clearly and told me to come closer.

“He touched me and I didn’t know if I entered the car or not. By the time I regained consciousness, I was already in an unknown place. They had blindfolded me and tied my hands. I couldn’t tell the time of the day.”

The teenager stated that the abductors took her and some other victims to a gang suspected to be ritual killers, adding that all but her were accepted.

She said on Friday morning, the kidnappers took her and another set of victims to a spot while they remained blindfolded.

David recalled, “I was still rejected. After some hours, they took me and some victims somewhere blindfolded. One man asked them why they kept bringing me and told them to return me to where they picked me as fast as possible.

“Even though I couldn’t see what was going on in that place, it appears like a ritual killers’ den. I was the only person they rejected. I was rejected thrice. While I was in captivity, new victims were brought in. The abductors put me in the car and drove off. When we got to a spot along the road, they stopped, removed the blindfold and pushed me out of the car.”

David said she managed to untie himself and later found out from passersby that she was at Rumuokoro, Port Harcourt.

“The kidnappers didn’t take away my phone so I quickly called my mum. I had fainted before they came. It was this morning (Saturday) when I woke up that I realised I am in the hospital,” she added.

David’s elder sister, Joy, told Sunday PUNCH that the family was excited to see her again, noting that the incident was reported at the Amadi Police Division.

She said, “She was unconscious when we found her. Policemen followed us to pick her up at Rumuokoro where she was abandoned. She went to buy a pad at Okuru Junction when the motorists stopped her.”

The Rivers State police spokesperson, Nnamdi Omoni, did not pick up our correspondent’s calls and had yet to reply to a text message sent to him on the incident as of press time.

She went to buy a pad... meaning her period just started. Menstrual flow destroys such things.

She should have used her period to curse them. Unfortunately, she doesn't know the power her Menstrual flow has.

Fulani herdsmen have disappeared, some of the security operatives manning the check point have deserted yet UGM are still attacking and killing security officers.

I thought ESN was created to secure SE region as a whole? ESN supposed to be engaging with UGM for bringing unrest to SE...

That's only if ESN are not UGM.

Whatever the case may be, UGM can not last long in SE.

It get why

No reasonable Igbo person would support terrorism to strive in his region

UGM don't even have enough ordinary operational vehicle not to talk of having excess of ammunition.

The miscreants called UGM members are not even up to 1,000...

South East as a region is too small for UGM guerilla tactics as they can be easily flushed out with just air raid.

Is it not hypocritical for some people to be condemning Bandits, Boko haram but hailing/supporting UGM.

Only enemies of SE , enemies of peace, enemies of development would still be praising those miscreants UGM .

To the Igbos who have been opposing the UGM views, praying for peace to reign, kudos to you all.

History will remember you people as heroes who safed their land during UGM madness

If you are a police or military man in these parts of the country. Resign or just abscond from the service.
Your family needs you. If you die, the country will move on, your family including wife and children will suffer, Nigeria will not care for them and wicked Nigerians cheering you on now will not care for them either.
Nigeria is not worth the blood of anyone, especially the commoners which you are part of. If anyone should be dying to keep Nigeria United, it should be the political class and their families. They are the ones benefitting from the current arrangement.
They should send their children to the East and arm them to fight UGM. It is they whose means of sustenance is at threat should Nigeria cease to exist.

A friend of mine lost his Father to these UGM menace and it is a very painful thing to bear.

Wise up now. Leave the police or military. I Know country hard, but you are worth more better to your family alive than dead.

Very unfortunate... if you know others in the police or army, tell them to leave the east. There's a prophecy since 2018 that Endsars will happen and Biafra will come. Eastern agitators won't stop. Military elements either leave or they die. Very simple... even if you kill 1,000 many more are still waiting. We don't know how many arms and ammunition these guys have assembled. Imagine how many police stations, policemen, army and navy that have been disarmed.

Be sure that over 1,000 guns might have been accumulated.

Which army will be brought down to enforce it? Believe me, if it is declared, it won't work, you'll only bring more soldiers down to the east for target practice.

Do you know that many people leave the army every month? Especially those from the southern extraction. They leave because they are being sent to the hot zones without provision for food, weapons and other supplies... Read Read news my friend. Of the army says 1,200 went AWOL, be sure more than times 3 did that and so as not to look weak, they have stopped mentioning the number of people that have left.

If the army should leave the North and come to the east, boko haram and bandits will take over the North and yet, the army will be decimated. Innocent lives will be lost no doubt.

Innocents will always die, why don't we all simply die now instead of later?

[4] Katsina State - Katsina
[5] Kano State - Kano
[6] Jigawa State - Dutse
[7] Zamfara State - Gusua

[2] Each state will be responsible for creating and funding its local governments as it deems fit. Local governments will be funded internally by the charging of a local tax, which will be augmented by a state grant representing no more than 10% of TV
[3] Over a 35 year period, we gradually migrate back to the 1957/58 revenue sharing formula agreed by our founding fathers at the Lancaster House Conferences in London under which the federating units will control all the resources within their domains and remit 50% to the centre

[4] Our federating units will keep 50% of all the revenue that they generate, put a further 20% into a central pot called the Excess Federation Account to which everyone can have access as the need arises, 10% will go into a geo-political zone account and the remaining 20% will go to into the Federation Account used to run the federal government

[5] With regards to all other resources, we shall move towards this immediately but in the case of oil and gas, the move will have to be gradual due to how dependent we have become on these two resources. A gradual migration shall take place over the next 35 years in this manner: 2000 - 13%, 2021 - 18%, 2023 - 20%, 2025 - 25%, 2030 - 30%, 2035 - 35%, 2040 - 40%, 2045 - 45%, 2050 - 50%

[6] Every one of our 42 states will be set a target of generating at least $2bn in export revenue. Any state government that attracts inward investment to the tune of $1bn, will get a corresponding grant from the federal government

[7] Any state that fails to generate as much revenue as it spends for two consecutive years as from 2020, will be subject to an immediate declaration of a state of emergency. It shall be administered centrally by the federal government until its books are balanced

[8] Every state must seek to generate at least 30% of its internal revenue from manufacturing and services, with a migration away from primary products to value added production

[9] Every state is free to create more local governments provided they meet the necessary criteria which includes holding a referendum and the fact that the local government area is self-sustaining. To be recognised as a local government area, basic facilities that must exist within the domain include 20 primary schools, five secondary schools, a local government headquarters, at least one vocational training college and at least one public health centre

[10] All local and state governments will as a matter of course award supply contracts to companies that manufacture products within Nigeria. Only as a last resort will companies that manufacture products abroad be granted government contracts.

Complete nonsense! This should have been done a very long time ago. It's too late now, we all want out. No amount of restructuring can change the minds of people.

Up mazi ohamadike Nmandi kanu

Britain that's after control of the Oil they've been enjoying for long.

This could be a ploy to get them, expose them or simply to reduce the fighters.

Why haven't Britain given such asylum to those from the ravaged North? This is simply a Trojan horse or a Greek gift.

Only the wise can see it... I won't fall for this cheap trick. Stupid people will anyways!

Do not be decieved, the man knows what he is doing he does not really care for the Igbos.

If he gets the power like he wanted, how sure are you that he would not rule the new Biafra nation with an iron fist and those who supported will start wailing.

Oh! So because of this stupidd statement above, we should relax while the fulani herdsmen rape, kill and run over and rename our lands?

Your stipidityy is epic

The only problem NA has Is that if they try to attack, innocent citizens will not be spared, if not both ESN, IPOB and unknown gun men join, the NA will eat them and they(IPOB) won't even count as appetizer to the NA

Which NA? The one wey dey collect from ESN hand?

Unknown gun men wey go do praise and worship before attacking head quarters?
