Dangote refinery was able to build his own power within a year and they currently have about 540 megawatt, meanwhile the entire country has less than 4k megawatt, is that not counterintuitive

Pls go back to your prompt and include cost of transmission and distribution infrastructure across Nigeria. The generation part is the easier part compared to transmission & distribution.

I think the first problem is finding a way to stop political cross carpeting. One person could be in party A and once party B wins elections, they start crossing into the winning party.

If that is stopped, it will be much easier to identify who is developing and where embezzlement is playing out.
