Why are you APC guys so desperate to validate Bwala's statement about what happens to the medulla oblongata of your party people?

Can you show us where any of the presidents of the cited countries promised to crash something as fundamental as petrol price but failed to do so, three years after fighting for power, grabbing it and running with it cluelessly like a headless pig huh

Just one example will do sir.
Your drooling rhetoric on a singular factor is whats the most irritating about your thinking.....are you now telling me to now trust obi saying he will turn Nigeria to dubai in 4 years.......we all cant be as foolish hope you know!.

those countries you mentioned, what are their minimum wage and their level of unemployment?
You keep mentioning minimum like an economic illiterate, that was how that buffoon calling himself NLC spokesman was talking about 1m minimum wage without commensurate improvement in our production capacity.....if you get that one million wage then be ready to be buying 1 fufu for 20k.

Where were all these excuses when GEJ was in power?

Why don't you also mention switzerland, India and China? Countries with low inflation rates. Or even Senegal, Togo (2.8%), Burkina Faso (3.1%), Cote d' voice (2.8%), Brazil (3.8%).

It is funny how what you condemned under PDP is now OK and justifiable under the incompetent bat even things are worse.

You know in your truest self that the 15% is a lie.

Those countries you mentioned, how many of thier government officials move around in convoys of 40 cars and 100 security operatives?

How many of those countries are thier citizens kidnapped on a large scale on almost daily bases?
Typical of you obtuse ideologues always distorting reality to serve your inept analogy.......how can you compare Nigeria to China with a gdp of $14tr and foreign reserve of $3.4tr a thousand times that of ours......Senegal, Burkina and Togo you mentioned operate a common currency tied to the euro and have not had any significant economic restructuring.......inflation will definitely be lesser in those countries because they haven't been paying subsidies and they haven't been running dysfunctional dual exchange rates that you all have been accusing tinubu for ending the same malaise.

There is no socio-economic index by which you can measure Tinubu that he has not performed abysmally, woefully, and spectacularly on....absolutely none.

Around the world, governments come to make life easier and improve living standards. Tinubu came to make life worse for Nigerians and diminish their standard of living.

Tinubu has no reason whatsoever to seek re-election.
When atiku was vp,that govt took fuel price from N20 they met it to N75 about 300% increase, same atiku is vieing to be president today......obi increased tertiary fees when he was gov by over 300% for non medical and 100% for medical students.....just using this 2 indices alone without bothering to go into others, did they make life easier for the citizens as you are accusing tinubu of not doing.....shoe us just one post you have criticised any of those 2 as you are doing tinubu now.

Bat is a disaster in all ramifications.

He has only bettered the lives of himself and cronies.

Bat must be booted out of office in the next presidential election, let someone else try thier luck in 2027. If that person fails, he too will be shown the way out.
Call your family and friends in America,UK or other places....if you dont want to Venezuela is a bigger oil producing country than nigeria, go check the inflation figures there, its over 200%

Argentina that obidients love to compare their president milei to tinubu is at over 30%

Turkey is a far more advanced country economically than nigeria, tbey are over 30%

Nigeria and Egypt are at about 15%.....the question i like to ask you is does this make the presidents of these countries too the worst leaders in the world?

Libya, angola are equally oil producing and tbey are also having inflationary problems even Rwanda is seeing one of the highest post the civil war, south Africans are also crying even accusing foreigners for being the cause of their inflation, so how is nigeria immuned from global inflationary challenges......the major reason for ours is basically the fact that we readjusted our economy which will normally cause inflation.

Many Nigerians would kill to get to live in Turkey so many are also running to Egypt that also has same inflationary problems.

Considering that this man's wife just died and he was weeping online with his nose running like river niger appealing for sympathy from nigerians, she's been buried barely a week and this man cant even mourn his supposed barely departed but fixated on his brother who has achieved better and ahead of him,he is the reason people even got to know the busybody younger fayose in the first place.....if this isnt envy in babanriga,I don't know what else is.

You jeopardize the effort of the military by asking government to posting footages of all you mentioned above.
Quit that crap, this is the 21st century.....just today I was watching cnn live report from the theatre in Ukraine right there with the men on the war front.....i can tell you off the tip of my finger how many aircraft carriers and their locations in the gulf ,how many jets and what type, how many bases the US has in the entire gulf......the IDF advance in Lebanon and their positions is all in public space and there are daily reports.....but when it comes to your own military you begin to classify information, it means how poorly run our military is and and how we have been unable to evolve.

Time is a gentleman. Do not be under the illusion that Northerners are fooled into thinking Tinubu will handover power to the North come 2027. You all already showed your hands after being supported by the North in 2023. You will turn against all those you currently refer to as "sensible Northerners". No be una again?
Is that your only propaganda route available to you now after being faced by impending defeat.....tinubu will not hand over to the north, I wonder why the creativity and effort you guys put into all this puerile propaganda can be used for positive things like policy advocacy rather than vile, hate filled politics.

And where will atiku get the votes from in the south?take this to the bank, tinubu is the only candidate with the 25% national spread guaranteed.....even Kwankwaso cant get obi anywhere in the north, its just like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

Oga, this pity card is no longer sellable. Tinubu is now President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. He can't continue to hide behind a finger, abdicate his responsibility and throw accusing fingers at perceived opponents. He's currently there in Lagos receiving patronage from political sycophants. That's all that interests him.

Did you say the same when it happened in Borno, Katsina, Kaduna, Niger, Kogi and Kwara all under the watch of your tin-god? In some of these states, the victims are still in captivity. You are now pushing an agenda because Seyi Makinde, a fellow Yoruba, dared to contest against your tin-god.
Seyi is a neophyte when it comes to sw politics, whats the big deal about him,he isn't the first 2 term gov so what's so special.......but when your ambition is without leash and you can throw politics at every thing then there lies a problem......seyi will get eaten up by this trust me.

I absolutely have no problem with the protest whatsoever, many people on the presidents side are too complacent and grossly incompetent, iys obvious they have grown too comfortable on the job......but these definitely has politics written all over it,let tinubu stew in his own juice, they did it to gej with chibok......but tonubu has been down this road before and he always comes out stronger, endsars protest readily comes to mind.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu Approves 1000 Forest Guards In Oyo, Deploys Rescue Team by Lithiumite: 2:42pm On Jun 01
DrTee1:
Thanks for the engagement. First, let me just clear the air on one thing: I am not speaking for the government at all. I am neither a politician nor a government appointee, so I have no brief to defend anyone. I am just looking at this strictly from a professional and civic angle, especially regarding how security operations run versus how public communication should be handled during a major crisis like this.

To be honest, you made some very solid points that I completely agree with. You are spot on about the government losing goodwill and completely mismanaging the narrative. Seeing top officials dotting around in agbada looking like special guests at an owambe while families are in trauma is truly nauseating and deeply embarrassing. You are totally right that when leadership takes weeks to show empathy or doesn't let the public see law enforcement actively moving on the ground—the way they do during crises in the US—it creates a massive vacuum. It makes the state look incredibly complacent and incompetent, and that critique of the administrative optics is 100% valid.
Where we need to look closer, though, is the actual mechanics of the security operations you mentioned, because the context is a bit different from what is happening in Oyo. Take the Munich Olympics incident and Operation Wrath of God that you brought up. That was an international, decades-long covert assassination campaign hunting down targets across Europe and the Middle East years after the event. It wasn't an active, domestic hostage rescue mission. In Oyo, we are dealing with a live, local kidnapping where the absolute, immediate priority is getting living victims out of a specific forest or terrain safely. The operational rules for these two scenarios are completely different.

Even if we look at the Entebbe rescue operation in 1976 which you also mentioned, the same rule applied. That was a lightning-fast commando raid done in total secrecy on foreign soil. The Israeli military didn't give the public or the media live updates about troop strength, the terrain, or the routes they were taking while the operation was brewing. If they had broadcasted those details beforehand, the hijackers would have just executed the hostages on the spot.

That is exactly why tactical details have to be kept under wraps, even if it is incredibly frustrating for those of us watching from the outside. The police or military command cannot come out to tell the public how many men are on the ground, the routes they are taking, or exactly what they know about the kidnappers' positioning while the operation is active. These criminal networks and terrorists track the news and social media constantly. Giving out those specific details live on TV effectively hands the adversary the operational blueprint, which immediately compromises the safety of the troops and puts the lives of those innocent victims in direct danger.

I completely agree with you that the delay and the communication gaps from the leadership have been a massive embarrassment, and people have every right to feel secure and see that the state is capable. But there is a very fine line between demanding better public empathy and crisis management from political leaders, and demanding tactical data that belongs strictly in a secure command center. Our ultimate goal is to see those victims returned safely to their families, and achieving that requires absolute operational discretion on the back end, even while we rightly continue to hold the administration accountable for their general incompetence.
The scale of the information i am talking about doesn't have to be anything elaborate or operation specific.......in info management there are so many ways to say a lot without saying nothing......let the optics do 80% of tbe talking, thats more than sufficient.......look at Gbajabiamila saying rubbish about 1k forest guards, does he have any idea how ridiculous he sounds...... ..Now the tinubu govt is in a far bigger mess right now on this kidnap incident than gej was with chibok.....its his home turf and ibadan is far more visible than maiduguri.......the fg had wasted too much time......if they had done the needful earlier on,the people wouldn't be feeling the gaps with conspiracy theories and propaganda.

To prove this is a kidnap with criminal intent and nothing more ,why hasn't anyone come out to claim responsibility and publicly state their demands.

That video was made and posted with a cell phone with mobile network, why hasn't the security operatives been able locate them?

After 2 weeks, the woman still looks this neat with her hair well packed and still has jewelry on her hand or could this have been a pre recorded video perhaps before the killing of that maths teacher because she confirmed one of them being taken to be killed.

You keep posting this nonsense are you wiser than the govs or their financial team even those in opposition parties like soludo and otti are all attesting to the fact their allocations have increased and they now have more room for fiscal management.

Why were govs owing salaries and borrowing to build projects in your so called year of boom.....our universities are now better funded and you see sone state govs taking on huge insfractructutal projects because of better funding.....instead of you to focus on your gov to account for what he is getting you keep running after tinubu up amd down like he is the reason for your poverty.

But, do you know that Oyo state governor is as useless as it comes. He has nothing to offer as the chief security officer of the State. If you know the memos that the governor must have been generating on this issue just to loot.
SO WHERE THEN IS AMOTEKUN?
WHERE ARE THE EIYE, AYE AND VIKING CONFRATERNITIES IN OYO.
OYO STATE GOVERNOR, YOU FALL YOUR HAND, YOU NO GET ANYTHING TO OFFER.
Both the fg and oysg are complicit this even shows makinde's incompetence and I always get angry when people are trying to absolve him....for petes sake he is the CSO of the state, where are the amotekun he says he funds?.....it equally took him 2 weeks to visit the place when he heard the fg was coming.
