Prince111111:Bros be calming down,we are discussing petrol prices here and I just used bottle water as an analogy for pricing difrencials,I am not trying to teach a water business class.....abeg o! |
FreeStuffsNG:Same Nigeria that obidients are claiming nigerians cant feed,I bet these ones aren't Nigerians.......go to the north too and see Dubar celebration and see how resplendent it is but all obidients see is hunger, hunger amd hunger.....may God help them. but I doubt their hate filled hearts would ever let them. |
Ofunaofu:You people keep muddling up everything......buhari himself alluded that for tinubu he wouldn't have been president......yrs buhari had he vote bank but lacked effective structure to make it work, tinubu structure is undeniably the strongest in the country since pdp and if you discountenance that in the name of some superfluous online poll,it will be at your peril......that structure has actually grown since 23 with 34 govs, legislators, elites and old allies and to top it with incumbency and power of coercion and patronage......you are quite right tinubu with power isn't same as buhari and gej. Primaries are a better reflection of realities on the ground and tell me which one comes close to that of the apc another barometer is the bye elections and apc got about 90% of that.....if that doest reveal to you in plain site then,I am sorry I cant help you. What will obi and atiku do differently from what tinubu has done, are they going to bring back subsidy, are they going to keep defending the naira by serving artificial value? Will they end NELFUND, will tbey stop the coastal Rd and the sokoto badagry highway? Will they stop the AKK gas pipeline project? On insecurity tinubu is failing terribly but we still cannot ignore some things he has done in that sector and other sectors, that same economy you are complaining about is getting international acknowledgement for getting to stability within 3 years of the debacle tinubu met it. "Economy is bad, economy is bad" as obidients are always shouting. Increase in foreign reserves Increase in gdp NGX had grown to 160 trillion Bank recapitalisation of 500b was successful Debt servicing to revenue ratio is mow about 66% from over a 100% FDI is still coming in to the tune of 20b usd in 25. State govs are all paying their workers salaries without borrowing and asking for bail out as was the case under buhari and now have capacity to take on even bigger projects. An economy that's so bad as you are all quick to claim cannot achieve all these in 3 years. |
zeuss:How many African countries have a budget as big as ours, you should also know Nigeria isn't the highest debtor country in africa, there is no way you can run the economy without borrowing your budget is 68 trillion but your revenue is 47 trillion of which about 31 trillion of that revenue is going into debt servicing leaving you with just 16 trillion and a deficit of 21 trillion which you have to fund. |
Kaymaxi2222:Imagine you sell bottled water and your cost price is 1,200 to sell at 1,500 a pack, you still have stock to last you a week but you get news that prices have gone up to 1,300 a pack, yoi will have to increase price to 1,600 despite you bought your current stock at 1,200,you need to hedge against the 100 naira increment and maintain your profit margin of 25%......you will have to increase prices immediately. When you then restock at the new cost price of 1 300 to sell art 1,600 but you then hear again prices has dropped back to 1,200,you cannot immediately reduce your selling price back to 1 500 because you bought at 1,300 and you will need to still retain your 25% margin. |
MASTAkiLLAh:Not allowing obidient neo facist and supremacist ideologues take over this country is enough consolation. |
It doesn't work that way, crude supplies contracts usually dont get termed on a daily basis there is what you call futures and spot pricing, what you are looking at is the spot price and anyone who buys at that price today will take several weeks before it gets to the pump for you to buy,by then the price could have jumped back up and tbe dealers also need to edge themselves against volatility imagine buying at $70 and byvthe time it gets to the pump prices has gone up again back to $100 will you as a business man not sell another price that will cover your cost when you go back tobthe market for new supplies. Thats why you hear stuff like our crude has been sold 3 months up front,if dangote had bought at $120 when the Iran war started on a 3 months futures contract,he will still be getting supplied at that same 120 today and if he decides to buy on another spot contract today for $70 it will take several weeks for that to be able to reflect on his gantry price. |
Obidients will never liked this because its coming from tinubu's party but will deliberately be blinded to the socio economic impact of this development,if you live in Benin or have tonpass through ramat in the past you will know why this bridge is long overdue.....sometimes this traffic can start from 2nd to ramat park then you start agbor Rd wahala on him own if you are going to the east. Obaseki had 8 years and couldn't do anything about improving benin road insfrastructure, lagos Rd from tv road to ugbowo and sapele Rd was a no go area when it rains and many other city roads but Obidients prefer him just because he was seen as opposing tinubu not minding how abysmal he was.....but he try sha with that ogheghe bypass to sapele Rd from boundary Rd also he made sone attempts on ekenwa but not sure if he finished it but in all benin roads were terrible. Tinubu's economic management is the result of all these projects you are currently seeing across many states from Kano to edo, from lagos to rivers and from oyo to anambra, enugu to akwa ibom......our sub nationals need to put in more hard work to help ameliorate the tough times the masses are going through......the fg is really trying its best and always have from obj down to gej and buhari but the sub nationals have always been the huge disconnect. My Benin guys how area nah!! |
You are spot on,you cant be any wrong.....this is whatvwe should be discussing, policy advocacy not obi is a saint and won't steal any money. |
Gen z dont know tom and jerry but everyone from 3 generations till now that has a tv and a phone knows those 2 footballers. |
Nah sango worshipper get the car? Just asking for a friend. |
chatinent:What are you saying,Hotels and lounges have class levels for a reason, the 250 naira water and the 5k water is the same,d 250 own sef fit cold pass the 5k own but the experience and service levels is different.....how can you compare a wheat baker with say an AJ hotel radisson blu in ikeja GRA has another way cheaper hotel just next door but the both have their clientele and are both running side by side without issues,do you think the former patrons didn't see the latter one before deciding to go in? Its no longer exploitation since you weren't forced, you came in with your free will. |
LordBiden:Exactly! You use you 2 eyes and 2 legs enta hotel wey noh be ur level you come dey tell us Xmas tales and angry at yourself for being foolish......those same budget hotels you claim are insecured, host guest on a daily and you all wake up the following morning wear suit enta same road. |
This is a glaring reason why Nigeria is ina mess that it is right now, several decades of rot and we expect all to turn around in 3 years. |
You guys rejected buhari twice in your so called online polls but we can all readily remember the final outcome, you did same to tinubu and the last i checked your obi is still serving rice and carrying bags at airports........you can go eat your online poll we dey offline dey wait una. |
At least give him kudos for what he has been able to do with the economy,he has steadied the ship and made it possible to engender economic growth i agree security is a big downside for this problem but we believe it will be brought under control and those children will be brought from where tbey are kept. But I like to ask, there are terrorism threaths all across tbe sahel from tchad to Mali, why is it only in Nigeria that kidnapping is thriving to the extent of kidnapping kids, something is really wrong somewhere. |
No problem nah,go ahead,it will be very nice for you guys to broadcast your own embarrassment by yourselves......we are waiting to see your regular 2k,1,400,rk vote results out of the core north. |
Kanwulia:What has obi done to deserve a rigged mandate? |
PigTormentor:He is actually very smart,he is getting a free ride into the south and he is now far more popular than he has ever been politically, people who maybe hitherto just heard the name before can now place the name and face to it,thats huge mileage fir his 31 ambition when power will be returning north.....also just in case luck smiles on them,it will be easy for the northern hawks to hijack the obi govt with him as the arrow head......that man is actually very smart. |
Penguin2:Obi should be ready to replicate the favor come 31 and dem noh born una well not to repay him. |
Master strategist RIGGER in Adamawa? Is ADAMAWA the only state in Nigeria?🤣
|
Streetinvestor2:The last i checked, the SE is far beyond your personal angst towards tinubu and far beyond your circle or clan. |
SadiqBabaSani:How more foolish can you be,should tinubu call every Nigerian and ask for their accounts share the money and pay to everyone...."do Nigerians eat faac" you are a disgrace to your other obidients who don't know any better anyway. |
Kanwulia:What betrayal? Or rather you should not place any hopes on her so as not to suffer heart break, ther is no way obi can defeat tinubu or atiku in adamawa......same way tbey cant defeat obi in agulu. |
Kanwulia:So you agree your obi mission in adamawa is DOA. |
10 jobs a month and he noh do you, is it until you kill the vehicle......the only way you can scale up is by doing haulage.....go to aspamda or jibowu or iddo or arena in oshodi......there are so many places in lagos you services will be needed. |
What you guys dont realise is politics is far deeper than you think, and the way you guys ignorantly permutate keeps amusing us.......governorship and presidential are different kettle of fish with differing dynamics.......binani has no problem with tinubu whonjust gave her an airline licence, so you think if she was a threath she would have been granted, her problem is with fintiri and the NSA.......same thing with the guy you gave the zamfara ticket, marafa,he also doesn't have a big issue with tinubu personally but with his brothers in yari and matawalle, dauda the current gov he supported has also joined the apc......this 2 people you brought into your NDC aren't averse to tinubu getting a second term......is it atiku binani wants to defeat for obi or the apc machinery with the seating gov?you guys joke too much in that your obidient group. |
This is the reincarnation of 419 popularly called advanced fee fraud......turaki wan do yahoo yahoo, nobody us buying their nomination forms,no one is paying their faction any attention so they want to sign gej to help them endorse their ticket also the hope to cash out from campaign funds but the scam fell flat. |
SadiqBabaSani:You guys should stop all this vile propaganda you are always pushing, the harder you try the more foolish you always sound. How much was subsidy money as at 2022,it was 4 trillion, if you are deliberate enough to be mischievous in posting this, you should be honest enough to post faac allocations between 23 to 26 and compare with buhari regime, that will be a good place to start. |
happney65:You will get your state police certainly we all want it but that cant be before the next election because the logistics and administrative chaos will be a disaster......you need an enabling framework to effectively set up law enforcement units in a state and you need funding, even if you claim oyo is capable, several other states arent, the fg needs to find a way to balance this out and thats no easy task that can be enabled by mere presidential Fiat. |
SadiqBabaSani:Lets even agree without conceding, If that's your plan then that will be a real catastrophic strategy poised to fail......no matter how much the igbo may seem to hate tinubu, there is no way atiku a northerner will gain prominence, how will you convince the Ijaw man,the urhobo, the esan or ogoni or ibibio to vote another northerner just 4 years after buhari. Forget all the online noise or current angst of the populace the apc has its structures and that will be decisive, patronage isba big element in nigerian politics, atiku has been hollowed out,he iant as formidable as he was in 23 and the coalition was his only hope which as failed.....lack of structure will also be his banana peel even in his north.......there won't be any run off and all the mathematical calculations favour the apc,the party is still very strong in the north and adc isn't pdp.....but atiku strength in the north cannot be over emphasised but in presidential elections popularity isn't enough to get you through, atikubis already lacking what obi lacked in 23. |
Then you forget the issue of spread......tinubu will win his SW witha land slide, gej isn't running anywhere take that to the bank.....obi will have is SE with tinhbu coming second and will get his 25% there.....SS will still go to the apc as thats where the influence of money will be most pronounced and thats where tinubu will have an edge over obi and the power of incumbency......tinubu is poised to win the south and article with his structureless adc won't be able to get him anything tangible across the entire south. As for the north, atiku will getvthe NW and NE with tinubu coming 2nd again and will also certainly get his 25%,obi's reach in those 2 regions is still limited and won't be able to get his 25% across except kano and maybe jigawa due to kwakwanso......the north Central is the battle ground and all 3 candidates will share the votes but I still see the apc nicking it with states like kwara,kogi,plateau,benue.....nassarawa will be tough for apc again due to internal party issues and the strong influence of the pdp candidate and obi's strong showing, abuja too will be a battle between apc and obi.....in all apc will still carry the day and the answer is simple, atiku cant cross into the south and obi still doesn't have that reach in the core north but apc is the only party with structures across all the states and that will be a huge factor, wherever they loose they will certainly cone second. |
