Dude, these questions are illegal to ask in developed countries.

Quite apart from the fact that Nigeria is a sovereign Nation under no obligation to do things the way it is done elsewhere, by, for instance, some overarching world agency to which Nigeria is signatory, what "developed"countries do you mean and could you cite evidence please ?

In place of forwarding his alternative to what partends currently in Nigeria, and that he professes to dislike, he, the Nigerian, instead then goes on to say "it is done better abroad" or implies it. undecided

A good question would be why does the average Nigerian believe he knows better than every institutional authority figure and would run every institution better than those in charge?

Even a roadside, junkyard dwelling Nigerian, uneducated, poorly educated, or even a little retarded mentally or physically thinks he knows better than everyone in power ?

Curiously, these types of Nigerians never offer alternatives to what they criticise for fear, perhaps, that thire self belief - as superiors to those in power - may at least be challenged....

Where has this gotten us to?

With Nigerians leaving in droves, do they denounce their religion and marital status to work for employers in Western countries?

In western countries, most employers give coffee/tea breaks every 2-3hours. We encourage ethnic/religions division when it favors us, then turn around to shout segregation/racism when it does favors us.

How does number of children and their ages affect my productivity please?

cc: Bliss52

Strikes me as though the question intends to identify whether the applicant is a family man and thus liable to be a more responsible employee if accepted for the role. In addition, unlike a single individual, a family man is likelier to tolerant difficult work conditions and persevere at the role due to dependents that rely on him.

Questions related to faith may be for similar reasons. People devoted to a religion may be deemed as individuals more liable to be constrained and disciplined than individuals without perceived beliefs systems.

Nigeria is like a sinking ship with a confused captain.

If Nigeria advertised in China and India, asking people to come live in Nigeria if they want, no immigration restriction, Nigeria would easily replace all those that leave. Actually, I have little doubt that the entire Nigeria population could be supplanted in short order.

Nigerians and Nigeria need to incorporate psychology when interacting with the outside world. When West approach Africa, Asia and South America they believe they understand their psychology. This understanding advantages them. We need, as Nigerians to understand the psychology of the nations and thire peoples with which we associate and deal.

Now, if Nigeria understood the psychology of the various Western nations, Nigeria wouldn't be appealing to these foreign firms to persevere in Nigeria. This is since, to Europeans, appealing is a cue to flee!

The people of the West do not respond well to begging, pleading or generosity. They rarely reciprocate kindness. Your act of kindness to them is to them a chink in your armour to exploit. The white woman traveling through Africa on her motorbike will have more respect for that scary police man that asked her for money than for those online praising her bravery and wishing her well.
Science/Technology / Dna-folding Nanorobots Can Manufacture Limitless Copies Of Themselves. by Litmus: 12:27am On Dec 09, 2023
DNA-folding nanorobots can manufacture limitless copies of themselves.
By Loz Blain
December 08, 2023

Tiny nano-robots have been developed that can grab tiny snippets of DNA and assemble them into new nano-machines – including copies of themselves
Researchers have demonstrated a programmable nano-scale robot, made from a few strands of DNA, that's capable of grabbing other snippets of DNA, and positioning them together to manufacture new UV-welded nano-machines – including copies of itself
The robots, according to New Scientist, are created using just four strands of DNA, and measure just 100 nanometers across, so about a thousand of them could squeeze up into a line the width of a human hair.
The team, from New York University, the Ningbo Cixi Institute of Biomechanical Engineering, and The Chinese Academy of Sciences, says the robots surpass previous efforts, which were only able to assemble pieces into two-dimensional shapes. The new bots are able to use "multiple-axis precise folding and positioning" to "access the third dimension and more degrees of freedom."
These nano-bots are often viewed as potential ways of manufacturing drugs, enzymes and other chemicals, potentially inside the cells of the body. But the researchers specifically call out the fact that these machines can "self-replicate its entire 3D structure and functions."
They're not entirely self-contained; the robots, while "programmable," act in response to externally controlled temperature and UV light, and they require that UV light to "weld" the pieces of DNA they're assembling together.
One other thing standing between humanity and the great Gray Goo apocalypse at this point is the fact that they can't make copies of themselves – or indeed, anything else – without adequate supplies of the precise snippets of DNA they need.
Still, it's pretty incredible stuff, and a glimpse into the possibilities that are rushing toward us at breakneck pace. Is this what living through the Singularity feels like?

It is unfortunate that some bigoted cretins are always trying to make everything about ethnicity. Gumi is an unfortunate human being and it's a shame that he's even called a sheikh. Airforce mistakenly bombed IDP camp in Rann during the Buhari administration and nobody made it about ethnicity.

This country will not make progress if we don’t stop making every issue about ethnicity. We need to rein in bigots like Gumi and others and stop them from shaping narratives of division.

Herculean task for the deviants are legions.

Typical. Only Nigerian men will fight and die for black women. The rest of Africa (and black men in the rest of the world too) would never understand this boy's action unless she was a white, Asian or Arab girl then they would be praising him and cussing the other students also for not assisting him and dying if need be for her cause.

Come and join Nigeria Army ooo. We need sexy females.

Nigeria has beautiful sexy women. The difference between Nigeria and other nations on issues such as this is that Nigeria does not do Presentations. Nigeria would not only use regular female soldiers instead of models for a photoshoot but they wouldn't even consider using female soldiers that conform most to what the public view as beautiful. Nigeria would be like, 'oya, Madupke come. Agnes come, no forget to shave your mustache. And, hay you that fat one come here, Sgt Beatrice abi, come enter photo'.

And the crazy thing is, they are still rude towards Nigerians and look down on us.

You shouldn't expect convicts working in your neighbourhood to be polite, mannerable and or differing - this should be the least of your concerns. Regardless of reality, majority of the world's people view convicts as synonymous with deviancy. The safety of locals should worry you more than matters of inferiority complex. You're in fact exhibiting inferiority complex worrying about thire racial attitude instead of worrying over the danger they pose as criminals.

Reading through the comments i was again reminded why i don't want Nigeria joining in any form of alliance with the rest of Africa. Africans a too stupid. There were many disparaging comments about Nigeria from both Africans and none Africans. Majority of comments also were about worrying for her safety for fear of , essentially Bongo-wongo Nigeria, corruption and the rest of it. What i found worrying however was how easily this white woman passed through all the border and road checkpoints without being thoroughly checked.

Reading the comments, i wondered how many of the Africans worrying for the oyigbo woman's safety and insulting Nigeria in the process could ride a motorbike across Europe with the same safety and immigration ease as she has done through Africa. On the part of Nigeria police manning the pieces of woods across the road that passed for checkpoints, they seemed more weary of being perceived as brutal and corrupt than weary of what security implications the woman might pose. Not one asked to look through her belongings the way you and i as black people would be checked if we were passing through different European nations on motorbikes or in cars. This even if you're not at once and unceremoniously carted off to some centre for questioning on your immigration and nationality status.

Pandemonium ensued on Tuesday when hoodlums attacked officials of a task team belonging to the Lagos State Government during the road clearance exercise to open up the clogged Tincan Port access roads.

Our correspondent learnt that the task team which comprised the Lagos State Truck and Cargo Operators Committee, Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Nigeria Ports Authority, and the Nigeria Police, witnessed the brutal attack on the members.

It is said that the majority of people in every nation, roughly 90%, are stupid and that a Nation's progress is dependent on the brightest 10 %. I however believe that the Majority Stupid are mostly responsible for a nation's progress. Read my signature....

I love how some are arguing In denial of NIN as though NIN was responsible for the girl's disappearance. But maybe it's typical of black people to deny or give up on something that does not work like magic. I mean, if white people were like this, they wouldn't be responsible for some of the advancements like the mobile phones, computer and internet that the people denying responsibility for supporting NIN are using to argue about NIN. This is because Mobil phones, computers and internet don't work like magic. Inventing these things didn't depend on magic either. They came about by hard work, overcoming failures, making incremental improvements until the thing works sometimes or mostly works. Anyway, US, Brit, French police aren't giving up on forensics just because criminals, including rapists , murderers, drug pushes and all sorts of deviants remain at large. Madeline McCann is still missing.

Ironically such foods are better (healthier& nutritious) for you than Noodles, rice and KfC

Feed your kids all those local, supposedly bush, primitive foods, they'll grow up taller and stronger than feeding them supermarket cereals from abroad and stuff like noodles , spaghetti, bread and eggs, sweets, chocolate, takeaway and so on.

Nigerians are funny. Majority here want open borders so that they can import foreign rice, chicken etc. If you challenge thire patriotism, they might say, they want borders open in order to have access to cheaper stuff because Nigeria isn't producing enough, quality is substandard or Nigerian sellers are deliberately exploiting close borders by hiking prices. Yet this same Nigerians shout loudest when government don't want to patronise Nigeria made vehicles, citing high cost, quality, capacity etc undecided

If you approach this from the perspective of the Uk, its legislations and work practices then decip[linery measures taking against her, including dismissal may be justified. The deportation aspect could be arguably harsh even taking into consideration that her stay in the UK was work related

If you approach this from the perspective of religion, specifically its efficacy, socio-politically and philosophically, in the 21st century, justifying her sacking would be difficult. Your conclusions would be personal and unrelated to what the outcome of her employment status should in reality be.

If you approach this from an ethno racial perspective , including how foreign nationals, specifically Nigerians, should comport themselves in the West, and you conclude that she deserved saking, then you are stupid. You are stupid if you fail to understand that her saking ows more to the fragmented and none existent socio political power of Nigerians in the West at the micro level and blacks at the macro level than the reasons for which she was actually dismissed and deported.
