Unfurtunately you are very wrong, the new electoral laws clearly stated that election cases from apeal to supreme must not exceed 180 days and it must be giving a special consideration while most cases are suspended... you can google search the fact i just stated

I want to ask, does the electorial constitution stop him from approaching the supreme Court with suddenly new found evidence and sworn testimony?

Sis there a court in the world that won't reopen a trial if new found evidence is presented and the incumbent says go ahead and reopen?

He appealed to.the supreme Court how long does.that take for a whole new series of trials and course

Something tells me a year to the end of Buhari's tenure suddenly supreme Court will rule in Ariku's favor and tell us he won the election in 2019 meaning Atiku takes over power and they tell us he has to complete his own four years there by still keeping the north in power

I am just saying maybe this might all be a well thought out political strategy to keep power in the north for another 8 years

After atiku's four years first term,an election will be held and he wins but will be contested again by another northerner who will also.emerge winner sometime down the line again suddenly
