As far as I’m concerned Tinubu is not doing anything different from what Buahri did. A simple explanation of how they identified and collated the names of the 15 million households who qualified for the conditional cash transfer is definitely not a difficult task na.

Is it that CBN will ask banks to provide details of customers with less than 50k or 100k in their bank account and send to them ni or what metric did they use ? What happens to those in rural areas where they don’t use banks ? In some rural areas they only have one or two banks serving an entire LGA .
