Celebrities'carter V Is Already Album Of The Year!!!': Twitter Completely Melts Down Over L by LiveWireForum(op): 8:04pm On Sep 28, 2018
'Carter V is Everything!!!': Twitter completely melts down over Lil Wayne's new album

Oh, Mr. Carter! Twitter reviews are in for Lil Wayne's latest album, "Tha Carter V," and it has seemingly racked up "a milli" fans on the social media site.

Perhaps to some this makes up for the delay of the album originally announced in 2012, a year after "Tha Carter IV" dropped.

In 2014, Weezy tweeted to fans that his label, Cash Money, refused to release "Carter V." "I am a prisoner and so is my creativity," he tweeted at the time. "Again,I am truly sorry and I don't blame ya if ya fed up with waiting 4 me & this album. But thk u"

Wayne and the label settled their legal issues earlier this year, Billboard and Pitchfork report.

"Tha Carter V" – with 23 tracks – gave the Twitterverse lots to post about. On the first song, "I Love You Dwayne," Wayne's mother weeps with pride for her son, an emotional moment that resonated with people on the social media site.

"Wayne’s Mom on this intro though," a person tweeted, adding the "I don't know why I'm crying in the club right now" meme.
https://twitter.com/_unclesauce/status/1045546235149447168/photo/1

"Bruh my heart when Lil Wayne’s mom cries," another user shared.

Another poster appeared to joke about wanting to be loved by their mom that much. "Me listening to Wayne’s mom on the first track of #Carter5 and wondering why my mom don’t love me that much," he tweeted.

People also lauded Wayne's collaboration with Nicki Minaj on "Dark Side Of The Moon"

One person was rendered speechless. "Did.... did lil Wayne and Nicki just make a beautiful song in 2018.... I’m..." they posted before trailing off.

"This nicki and wayne song is gorgeous," raved another.

And Wayne's track with Kendrick Lamar, "Mona Lisa," set the Twittersphere on fire and became a trending topic in the U.S.

"Speechless. This Wayne and Kendrick song is an immediate classic," a user praised.

Another person was so impressed with the rhymes, they shared a GIF indicating Wayne and Lamar were literally on fire "when they left the booth after recording."

Another user joked his car caught fire after listening to the song.

In a NSFW tweet, someone else showed exactly how hard the song made them want to rage.

But if Wayne made a misstep, it apparently was not having a track with Drake, which some on Twitter called out. Drake's absence could understandably upset devoted fans as the two have collaborated on several tracks. Also, back in 2014 when "Tha Carter V" was slated for release, Wayne and Drizzy dropped "Believe Me," intended to be the first single of the album at the time.

"Lowkey I’m salty Wayne left drake off c5," a user expressed, adding the facepalm emoji.

"The only L on this whole Wayne album is having a Nicki feature but no Drake feature," another tweeted.

Overall, many Twitter critics had nothing but love for Lil Tunechi.

"10 (songs) in to this Wayne album and it’s already album of the year, plz don’t debate with me," a member of the Twitterverse posted.

Another user thought a video of women crying perfectly portrayed his feelings about the album. "Me 1second into #CarterV knowing Lil Wayne the GOAT," he wrote.

"Carter V is Everything!!!" another user exclaimed. "Don’t ever say Wayne ain’t the Best!!"

Making a bold statement, another user tweeted: "If Lil Wayne think the world gonna cancel all 2018 albums just because of Carter V then he's absolutely right

WebmastersWhat Is The Best SEO Backlinks Technique In 2018? by LiveWireForum(op): 8:18pm On Sep 24, 2018
I tried my possible best by trying to bring out some of the best off-page seo techniques in 2018 and their
14 best link building methods.
Before we move forward this is a great definition of off-page seo;
"Off-site SEO" (also called "off-page SEO"wink refers to actions taken outside of your own website to impact your rankings within search engine results pages (SERPs).
Let me use qoura for example; imagine that you linked to one of your website articles and this said article is powered by quora, quora will generate traffic to your website making your article get ranked at the top of Google search engine.

You can't be wasting much of your time on some SEO techniques because there are more than 100 seo off page optimisation techniques out there, what seo experts do is to use the best strategy that works for them.

Best off-Page seo techniques

1. Classified posting
Classified posting is efficient if you intend to promote any website which provides services to the end user or customer you can target your local areas using high paid classified website this is done by posting your services, titles which are keyword based and description content. Always remember that the main key word of your service must be included in the first paragraph of the description this will help your meta description.

2. Guest posting
For me this is one of the most popular link building method whereby an article is written as a guest post by another website.
Although some SEO experts claim that guest posting is against google terms and conditions.
In this technique the author places his or her own website article link inside the articles in which the link juice passes to the guest post website, it is a very efficient method for link building.

3. Question and answer link building.
Most searches comes as questions and answer, for example you can search for "how to be rich?" the webmasters uses this opportunity for link building.
This is one of the best ways you can get traffic. You can join question and answer forums just like quora and get answers for questions related to your business blog or website. After answering their questions you can drop a link which helps in bringing more people to your website.

4. Social bookmarking

It's a technique in which people use social bookmarking for storing their favourite webpages, articles, videos, text etc. Social bookmarking sites are one of the best platforms to promote your website this can bring high traffic to your website or blog . All you do is to just bookmark your website on any of the popular social bookmarking website.

5. Forum submission
This can be achieved by participating in such forums which are related to your space or websites and business and try to make a connection with that community by replying to last Post, answer people's questions and give your suggestions.
Make use of Live Wire Forum and Nairaland. You can also use these forums for seo off-page work.
Effectively you can join relevant forums like live wire Forum and participate in discussions and questions.

6. Social media engagement
This is one of my favorites off page SEO techniques, if you want to make your website popular engage with

LiteratureThe Truth About Our Inner Lies. by LiveWireForum(op): 1:03pm On Sep 20, 2018
In most cases our greatest enemy lies within us. Have you ever wondered how powerful our mind is and the big role it plays on what we become and what we can achieve in life. It's like our mind knows all our secrets because only the mind knows who we really are. Most people do sabotage their own careers and their progress or should I say success by those excuses and lies they keep telling themselves I'm trying to tell you this today that what we continuously tell ourselves unconsciously that is negative is more damaging to us than what someone else will say. Come to think of it some of us don't even have an idea that we are continuously feeding ourselves with lies that can be destructive to our future or present making us to be afraid of success or maybe we don't think we deserve it that's why we keep telling our subconscious that is not possible to achieve success.
Whatever the reason might be, once we get rid of all these lies we keep telling ourselves,it eventually start to move forward like an arrow with a direction, you will start getting what you want from life and I tell you today, self awareness is the first thing and the first stage you have to take towards making great change. I ask you today what lies have you been telling yourself that have stopped you from reaching your potentials. I have made a list of some certain points and see if you are familiar with any of the lies you keep telling yourself (me inclusive)

*Telling yourself that you're not good enough.
I know every one of us must have heard of the word self esteem, yes without it, it's easy to think that you're not worthy enough or not intelligent enough, maybe not beautiful enough and that you can't be a successful in life. The truth about us is when we want to make a drastic change we start looking around other options and the other people who have succeeded in it and will forget to realise that our minds subconsciously put that to record, and we come to all sorts of conclusions and reasoning trying to pick out one or two points why they have succeeded so as to lower down our self-esteem to tell us why we can't do the same.
The problem with us humans is that we often make mistakes by comparing ourselves with others and therefore end up deciding to ourselves that we do not have what it takes to succeed, but I tell you today that that's a big lie. We are higher beings and we are good enough evenClick hear to continue

Figuring Out your Financial Priorities

Acknowledging that you need priorities is the first step! Most of us muddle through our financial lives, spending to meet the day-to-day expenses that dominate our attention. Unfortunately, that approach risks leaving your most important objectives unfulfilled.

“In order to achieve your goals, you need to make them concrete,” says New York City financial planner Annette Clearwaters. Here’s how to get started on fine-tuning your path:

Make a list. Write down a list all the things that you’d need to feel secure, happy or fulfilled. These can range from the weighty (getting out of debt) to the luxurious (a beachfront retirement home). As you write, try to define the goals as much as possible—in what oceanfront town? How many blocks from the beach? How many bedrooms?—and estimate a price tag for each.

Rank your list in order of importance. That’s not as easy as it sounds, since financial goals continually collide with one another. Paying for a child’s braces may rob money that would otherwise go into his college fund, for example. And saving effectively for your kids’ college can wipe out any hope of putting aside adequate money for your own retirement.

If you are struggling to prioritize between two important goals, as yourself: Will one of the goals benefit more people than the other? Which goal will cause the greater harm if it is deferred?

Most people, for example, have to decide between banking money for the kids’ college tuition or their own retirement savings. If you know that you won’t be able to live adequately on the money you expect from your pension and Social Security, then retirement savings should be paramount. That child in college can take out a student loan, but there aren’t loans for retirement.

With all that said, there’s no reason you can’t tackle a few goals at once. “I think that builds motivation,” says Clearwaters. Just keep it to less than five, as having too many objectives will make it hard to get to the finish line on any of them.

3 FREE BUDGETING APP TOOLS
Revisit the list in a few years. As the years go by, your priorities will change. So it’s good to re-examine your goals periodically. And of course, whenever you’ve completed one, you can bring another to the forefront.
Thanks for your time.

BusinessSingle Currency: Nigeria, Ghana, Others Fail To Meet Criteria by LiveWireForum(op): 8:41am On Sep 14, 2018
•Emefiele elected West African Monetary Zone chairman Ifeanyi Onuba, Abuja The inability of some countries within the West African Monetary Zone to meet up with the macroeconomic convergence criteria is currently threatening the take-off of the single currency regime for the sub region. The development was confirmed on Thursday during the 37th meeting of the Committee of Governors of Central Banks of the West Africa Monetary Zone, which held at the headquarters of the Central Bank of Nigeria in Abuja. The ECOWAS authority had approved the reduction of the macroeconomic convergence criteria from 11 (four primary and seven secondary criteria) to six criteria (three primary and three secondary criteria). The three primary criteria being used are a budget deficit of not more than three per cent; average annual inflation of less than 10 per cent with a long-term goal of not more than five per cent by 2019; and gross reserves that could finance at least three months of imports. The three secondary convergence criteria that have been adopted by ECOWAS are public debt/Gross Domestic Product of not more than 70 per cent; central bank financing of budget deficit should not be more than 10 per cent of previous year’s tax revenue; and nominal exchange rate variation of plus or minus 10 per cent. Presenting a progress report at the opening session of the meeting, the Director General, West Africa Monetary Institute, Dr Ngozi Egbuna, explained that as of December 2017, none of the countries met all the four criteria. She, however, said the average performance of the member countries of the zone improved during the year under review. For instance, Egbuna stated that The Gambia, Guinea and Nigeria attained three criteria each. She said The Gambia missed the fiscal deficit criterion; Guinea slipped on the gross external reserves, while Nigeria missed inflation criteria. She explained further that Ghana and Liberia achieved two criteria each. Ghana, according to her, missed the inflation and fiscal deficit criteria, while Liberia missed the inflation and central bank financing criteria. Sierra Leone, Egbuna added, met one criterion, which was the gross external reserves criterion. Addressing delegates at the meeting, the Governor, CBN, Mr Godwin Emefiele, cautioned member countries not to let the desire for a common currency blind them to the adverse and contagion factors associated with a unified monetary environment. He said, “Our desire for greater economic prosperity for our people through a common monetary union must not vitiate our awareness of the potential adverse and contagion factors associated with unified monetary area and common currency. “The unfolding trade war between the United States, China and the West portends both opportunities and challenges for our region’s economy, depending on how we approach it individually as nations. “Nonetheless, while the shocks to individual economies might vary in magnitude and intensity, it might yet be an opportunity for us to look inward and strategize on how best to fill the trade gap that will ensue.” Emefiele added, “Now is the time to create the West African Monetary Zone Commission to drive our common interests and aspirations. “We must intensify our level of cooperation and collaboration through strong bonds to work as a unit within the ECOWAS monetary union programme to achieve our shared objective.” Emefiele called for greater collaboration among member countries as the ECOWAS region embarks on a thorough review of the economic conditions of member countries through their levels of preparedness for the monetary union and economic integration. Meanwhile, the CBN governor has been elected as the Chairman of the West Africa Monetary Zone. He was elected at the sub-regional meeting of the body being hosted by Nigeria. The WAMZ was established in 2000 and comprises countries within the Economic Community of West African States that are working towards adopting their own common currency, the eco. Speaking shortly after his unanimous election, Emefiele said that there was a greater work to be done to achieve the single currency objective of the zone by 2020. “A lot of work needs to be done, especially in respect of the attainment of ECOWAS single currency by 2020,” he stated. He further noted that everything that was required to be done would be actualised towards the achievements of the objectives of the regional organisation. Emefiele restated Nigeria’s unflinching commitment to the single currency project in the sub-region and urged ECOWAS member countries to work towards achieving the convergence criteria.
