What capacity is it building in the intervening period to ensure state assets are protected by institutions of state and not private contrators.

Because Nigeria has a history of interventions becoming institutionalized and before we know it Tompolo PLC may soon become the defacto Nigerian Navy, Police and NSCDC combined.

Perhaps the next thing is to get PPMC's (Private Paramilitary Contractors) to secure our borders since the Customs is flagging in this.

Remember, we spend huge amounts of resources on funding these institutions of state and yet have to top up their efficiency by engaging private capacity at questionable and eye watering sums.
