Orlaoluwayimika: This can affect ur credit rating in future if u intend to get a loan from another bank.
Some banks check if u re not defaulting on any Credit before they loan u How am I supposed to get my money back since the bank has proven to be irresponsible and will never attend to my complaint which has been pending for months? No response from support not to talk of resolving my complaint! |

Since my last email dated on the 4th August, I've not received any response from anyone from Kuda till date!
I've since then taken a loan from them which I will return their balance to them when they are ready to receive their money, but I will never pay any interest on any loan.
You chill with my money, I chill with your money.

For over 3 months now Kuda has swallowed over ₦30k of my funds in a series of failed card transactions and have refused to respond to my complaint. The bank has swallowed 3 transactions over a period of 2 months alone, totalling over ₦30k. They resolved one of the transactions after about a month and have refused to respond to my complaint anymore. I'm no longer going to keep asking them to refund my money again but instead remove it from them by taking over draft from my account and refusing to pay interest on the loan.
Here are screenshots of my series of email to kuda, copying CBN consumer protection department in the email, but no response from anyone!
From the screenshot, you can see my first email was sent on 12 July.
The 2nd and 3rd screenshots were replies from one Moyinoluwa from kuda at the early period of my first email which were dated 13 July and 21 July respectively before they later deserted me and left me stranded with no support whatsoever. I'm going to teach this bank a lesson. Very very irresponsible bank!

Business › Has Your Loan Debt Ever Been Forcefully Removed From Your Other Accounts Before? by loanky(op): 8:14am On Aug 30, 2021 |
Some years back the Central Bank of Nigeria introduced a policy, global standing instruction (GSI), which would allow a creditor bank to recover a loan from a defaulter, without any further recourse to the borrower, from their accounts in other banks. For instance, if a customer takes a loan or credit from GTB and defaults in repaying according to agreed repayment schedule, GTB can contact Zenith Bank, Access Bank and First Bank, if the customer has accounts with sufficient credit balances in those banks, and the accounts are linked by his or her bank verification number (BVN), to recover the full value of the loan or credit without any further recourse to the defaulting customer. Now, I'm curious if this GSI has ever been used before. I want to know if loans have ever been recovered this way from defaulters before. If money in your accounts in other financial institutions have ever been debited before because of a loan you took, kindly share your experience and let us know For more information on the policy, check this article: https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/406492-explainer-cbns-new-gsi-policy-what-bank-customers-need-to-know.htmlCc lalasticlala |

ThreeBlackBird: Baba, find people in your community to join your whatsapp group and stop this nonsense. You're violating an unwritten rule we all know quite well and you still claim to be advising others not to.
If this thread gets deleted, you will be doing a great disservice not only to the people who don't want to join issues with over-ambitious folks like you on whatsapp but also to yourself who may eventually be looking for this thread for valuable information the next time.
So take your whatsapp group, your reasons for creating it, and whoever cares to join you there to another thread specifically opened by you and for that purpose. You will all be fine there. Your headache. People have been violating the rules before my post and of all that, it's my post that you think will make the thread get removed. If mod doesn't remove it, remove it yourself then. The other thread was removed unexpectedly and there's high chance this might be removed as well and reason for providing an alternative in case it happens. I don't mean any harm and you can see that I was advising people to stop violating the rules of the forum so the thread can be preserved. I don't know your personal problem with having a WhatsApp group for updating ourselves. At least, my post will give people the option to join the group and stop violating the rules futher by talking about it and dropping their numbers. Period! |

I think it's a good idea we have alternative means of updating ourselves in case this thread gets removed as well so I decided to create this wossop grup. Please, let's try to preserve this thread as well and stop violating the forum rules by dropping number or mentioning wossop. Use the link or scan QR code to join. https:///YNoV1Z

Was the test done online or at a physical location please? TeddBundy: I wrote finance, the test wasn’t difficult at all, at least to me. There were 40 questions made up of Maths, English, logical reasoning and some accounting questions. 50 minutes were allocated but I was done with about 15 minutes to spare.
It’s really not something you can prepare for, it’s easily scalable but brush up on your basic accounting knowledge particularly regarding what accounts to credit or debit during certain transactions.
Maths was nothing complicated, a jss 2 or even 1 student could smash it easily |
