Foreign Affairs › Re: Trump Says Venezuela’s Oil Paid For Cost Of Iran War ’25 Times Over’ by Localordinary: 6:38pm On May 23 |
I wished Africans leaders can wise and free ourselves from our slave masters. imagine declaring the took Venezuela for just few weeks which that huge sum of amount, now Imagine a great nation like Nigeria and other nations that they have been stealing their oil. Chai Mattswaggz: Seems like securing Venezuela first was a strategic move because even before US attacked the Maduro led Venezuela government they already had tensions with Iran and a lot of people would've wondered why they went ahead to attack Venezuela first before Iran and here is the reason and it does look like a classic chess move.
I've been telling some monikers here that US has the luxury to play a long game with Iran or apply more brutality in their attack but they keep on arguing needlessly.....they can keep the blockade and just feel the impact a little while the impact of Iran losing revenues from oil sales daily will be immense on them.
The US were well aware that conflict with Iran can affect oil prices and availability hence they secured somewhere they could get a good amount of oil.... somewhere that would've naturally not sell to US if they had shortages because their allies were mostly in the east.....That move also reduced the global impact of oil shortages with Venezuela oil now in the market to cushion the effects of Shortage from the middle east.
Applying sound strategy is part of warfare..... we've even seen countless times where strategy won over numbers(huge armies) and sheer power(attack power). |
Family › Re: My Pregnant Wife Disappeared In The Middle Of The Night After A Misunderstanding by Localordinary: 9:29am On May 21 |
These are signs to let u know that more things are yet to come. wise up man. Ehinjuola: UPDATE: My Mother-in-Law Finally Called Me
My mother-in-law just called and confirmed that my wife is currently with her.
According to her, when my wife got there, she claimed that I deliberately abandoned her on the road that night. She also said she fell along the way and that she even got home before I did. Honestly, I find that story hard to believe because immediately I noticed she was no longer behind me, I traced my steps back to the exact place where she said she wanted to urinate, but she was nowhere to be found.
From what I was told, she stayed there for several hours before eventually going to her friend’s place to sleep for the night.
My mother-in-law also said my wife told her that if not for her mother and my uncle who accompanied us that day, she wouldn’t have returned home at all.
For those asking why I didn’t try calling her repeatedly that night, her phone was faulty and had already been submitted to a repairer before this incident happened, so reaching her directly was impossible.
To be honest, my instinct has been telling me since the following morning that she was probably already with her mother. That is why her mother kept insisting that I shouldn’t report the issue to her father. Looking back now, it all makes sense.
At this point, I honestly feel like they are both playing with my emotions and mental state.
What pains me most is that throughout all of this, she never seemed concerned about how worried, confused, and emotionally disturbed I would be after realizing my pregnant wife disappeared in the middle of the night without any explanation for four days. |
Romance › Re: True Story: Claimed She Was Virgin, Rushed Engagement by Localordinary: 11:57pm On May 15 |
Chai, these girls re really using these innocent men o. SQLmastar: Please house, I need mature advice. This matter is tearing me apart.
I met this lady (a doctor) 4 months ago. I'm 35, she is 31. She told me she was a virgin and I believed her because of how she carried herself. I was very happy and rushed everything – introduction, engagement, and marriage plans (I promised my mum that I would get married before December 2026). We were supposed to do our traditional marriage in one week’s time.
Last week, I received an anonymous WhatsApp message. The person sent pregnancy test results showing that my fiancée was pregnant for her ex-boyfriend during her 1-year residency. She had told me about this ex, but said they never had sex, and that was why they broke up. I confronted her with the message. At first, she denied it and said it was fake, someone trying to spoil her name. But when I said I would call her best friend to confirm, she broke down and confessed the truth. She admitted she got pregnant for the ex, aborted it immediately, and promised herself never to have premarital sex again. She said she was ashamed and didn’t want to lose me, so she lied about being a virgin. Now I’m confused and heartbroken. I love her but the lies are too much. On the other hand, I have already invited many people – including the chief of my village and my manager at work. Cancelling now will bring serious shame and talk in my village and workplace.
Please Nairalanders, what should I do? Should I go ahead with the marriage or cancel everything? Has anyone been in this kind of situation?
I need honest advice. |

Trump is busy spending $500m per day on this war against Iran, this war is going to months now and they keep spending these amount on daily basis, as of today they must spent over $30B My question is how many are we in the world? we are just 8.3billion in the world, yet there is hunger everywhere and some people choose over peace. Share this money to the world and let peace to reign. No wonder Tupac said they have money for wars yet there is poverty everywhere. May Trump and his allies never find peace. I come in peace. |
Romance › Re: What My Fiancee's Pastor Told Me The Day I Met Him. by Localordinary: 7:44pm On Mar 24 |
The earlier the wakeup. the better for u. when a pastor ask u how much u earn for a living my brother run o. else u go cry o. How on earth would the pastor ask how much u earn for a living? it means after u marry her, she is not following u to ur church rather she would be going to hers? hmm run o Toolegit123: Good day everyone.
So recently I've been thinking about marriage. Tho I'm in a relationship but the woman I've been dating doesn't really seem to have the same serious interest and intentions like me. I've talked to her severally but it seems she isn't ready to settle down yet. Imagine this is someone whom I've gone to see her people and they know me well. My own people know her too. I've equally talked to her mom since she's the one parent she has . And had also talked to her best friend about it too.
But one thing I've noticed about her is that she's over religious and seems to be too close to her pastor. The last time I talked to her about the marriage stuff, she directed me to go and talk to her pastor. Tho I was initially furious about it but I just had to man up,kill my pride and decided to pay her pastor a visit.
From the conversation I had with her pastor,it seems he's one of the major stumbling blocks. Because he was only curious about my financial status he was even asking me what was my source of livelihood, and of which I told him. Afterwards,he then asked me what was my monthly salary. Saying if I'm sure I can take care of my fiancee with that amount,or if I'm planning to have a side hustle. That he doesn't want a case where any of her spiritual daughter will go into a marriage where she'll be suffering. I told her categorically clear that I'm not a lazy man and I don't intend to put anyone's daughter into suffering in the name of marriage.
It's been over a week since I left the pastor's office, and since then,my fiancee has been behaving so cold towards me.
So I don't know whether to continue with my proposal or I should just kindly look for another lady to marry. |

fadilaMaikiriki: Alright. So this married man has been disturbing her to get down with him. The thing is, she doesn't know how to tell the man no or how to discourage him. She doesn't know how to turn him down in order not to come off as rude, and also because of the money the man gives her.
Please, how best do you think she can do this. As a lady, how do you put off a married man who wants to get down with you, without sounding rude? And also without affecting the friendship you have with such person. She said she wants to do it in such a way that the man will not be offended. And also she doesn't want the issue to affect his financial gestures towards her.
Your opinions will be appreciated.
Thanks. You just want to be cashing out abi. What do we tell her |
