Hello fellow Nairalander, in Mid January this year, my landlord informed me that he has sold my rented apartment. I pleaded with him to give me till April 2022 to vacate since my rent expires in January this year.

After much searching and the expensive nature of rents, I decided to develop my own plot of land. However, I have almost exhausted the N2,000,000 I budgeted for the project and the building is still at the filling stages.

A Nairalander Letter Against Illegal ATM Card Maintenance Charges

Good morning Access Bank,

I, Michael Abimbola Omotayo,
With Access Bank Account 0012614633,
once again feel compelled to yet complaint on the illegal, malicious and baseless ATM Card maintenance charges deducted from my account last week.

That after your seeming appeal and partial refund of some of the illegal ATM card maintenance charges from my account after over three years of complaint, your Bank has not only failed to issue me an ATM card, but has again deducted card maintenance charges for card not yet issued.

That your partial refund and appeal weeks ago, have lured me to drop the intended legal and media war against your illegal, malicious and baseless ATM card maintenance charges from my account, owing to the fact that, I am yet to be issued an ATM card by your Bank.

Thus, I therefore demand an immediate refund of my money illegally deducted from my account last weekend, under the guys of ATM Card maintenance charges.

That, I hereby demand an unreserved apology for your provocative action, and the payment of N100,000.00 (One hundred thousand naira) only, as the cost of my precious time to which you wasted in compelling my attention to forward this complaint. The same time to which I would have diverted to other worthy businesses this early hour of the day.

That your illegal deduction is highly provocative and insensitive.

Following the recent announcement of the death and burial of Abba Kiyari, there maybe chances that the late Chief of staff was actually murdered by those who considered him too powerful.
It should be noted that some top government officials both in this and previous administration have associated Abba Kiyari to a cabal that is hindering access to the president and may have used the Corona infection as an opportunity to take him off the way.
The present government could have feared the possibility of Kiyari been murdered, hence the non disclosure of his place of treatment. But those who wished him dead may have taken the advantage of him not being guarded by the heavy security in the villa to penetrate and execute their plans since everyone would suspect Corona.
