with the acquisition of spring bank by bank phb, what are the chances of the hnd grad of spring bank?

am not one of those in the training school presently, though i was involved in the Spring bank's wahala, but am in a better place now. but truth is i have friends that were invited to start the training school, thats how i got to know.

thank you for ur quick response, i really appreciate it. but another thing please, what will be the effect of this 'pschometric test' that we are doing? is it possible that one will do the test and the training and not be employed? and please if it is possible try and help find out the effect of not meeting the target. and is it possible that one will not be posted to sales again. dont be angry for all this questions is because am also involved and i want to have enuf info before i jump.

but what we need to be sure of is that is it a permanent employment or a temporary one?
if one doesnt meet the target what will happen? i hope they wnt send the person back into the streets, some banks can be terrible with the way they do there targets ooo. i dnt want to think i have a job and suddenly find myself in the streets.

from all that i can see here, i guess its about speed not about what you know, since all am seeing here is just 45mins interval btw batches. i guess its about spped.
but those of you for 8.00am can get to let those of us for 4.15pm know what happened and what the test is like.

am sure u know the truth that Spring Bank isnt recruiting presently so stop spreading rumors

2fly, could u please stop being pessimistic, as u were asked, where did u get your information from?
we have waited this long and we have strong assurance that we will be called, information from one of the HR persons say that they are doing a kind of restructuring so as to assertain where dey really need vacancies, and as soon as they are done with that they will invite us, u dont even know anything about all these and you are here passing wrong information. are you one of those people who is submitting CV now?
well know that if we waited 1yr you too might have to wait 1yr which will be next year after we have being absorbed.

Access Bank is currently recruiting Batch B corp members in Lagos,Abuja and PH. The test will be coming up this weekend.Go and submit your CV at the Head Office indicating Batch B NYSC on it or any of their branches or through the mail. Oops! its only for those with 2:1 sha. sorry guys with 2:2 and below

guys i just need to explain somethings to you on access bank recruitment, first is that when you write a test @ access bank and u pass the test be rest assured that you will be invited for an interview it might not be immediately because of the volume of people on ground but you definately will be invted for interview all you need to do is to pray that you are called quickly.

have been observing everything on springbank from the begining till now, this is because am also invovled, in the UNNESSARY delay, but am sure that favour will soon smile on US. i was at the office last week, you need to see the volume of resignations i saw at the human resources dept. am sure we will be called the only problem is that i dont know when precisely.
pending when we are waiting it wont do bad to apply elsewhere i tell you, it wont cost u anything. cos i saw some pple say they stopped applying, its really not a wise decision.
