Context is important.First, the guy isn't living in Nigeria. He is a doctor in the US. Second, his wife is not Nigerian, she is American either Haitian or some other central American country, but she isn't Nigerian. The guy just wants to pepper you guys and everyone is arguing about this. The rich father in law he is talking about is just another American citizen living a great life in America, not under T-pain's reign. See why I said context is important? |
I thought Lagos announced that there's a water pump to dispose of flood water ? Why 🤣 wasn't it put to work ? Bad planning, poor regulations, poor governance and profiteering over administration will always bring similar results. Expect more flooding. Secondly, this preoccupation with Lekki and environs after Victoria Island will kill some people. 😂 There are other places in Nigeria, but you chose to live in a place where you will be at the mercy of excess water and bad governance every rainy season and you expect sympathy. 😂😂😂 That Nigerian follow follow mentality will show you guys pepper this season. 🤦🏾♂️🤣 |
I think Portable is better than Ned. You will like Portable. ![]() |
Another case of corruption under Buhari. Now that Buhari and Abba Kyari are dead, can Kemi Adeosun reveal the identities of those who cornered the money released by Buhari in 2017 to pay Nigerian Airways pensioners ? Who were the men who ambushed her when Buhari was sick and in London ? What was the amount diverted? The EFCC should investigate this because some people cashed out on the sweat of innocent retirees, causing them pain, sorrow and untimely death. |
Crazy day man. ![]() |
LofP:Closed. Market is ranging, |
![]() The gold market is very volatile right now. Whatever news was released just unleashed some crazy orders into the market. Sold at 3336, watching what happens. |
Nigeria knows nothing about tourism as a country. That's why we allow herdsmen to go anywhere and everywhere. Cross River State should have a tour company or active tourism board. Distance isn't a problem when tourists are on vacation, and there is a plan to visit several sites. Sadly, Nigeria doesn't rate tourism. |
IduNaOba:You mean using clay as binder ? Okay, I thought they would use cement like some people do. |
Kushites: Have you considered how much it will cost for the foundation at current price of cement?I am not an engineer, but I am just estimating. Secondly, I see that you have 2 stories and that will mean pillars and decking. Each decking level may eventually cost more than the foundation. Factor in the pillars, and other necessary materials, including the cost of red bricks. Not to mention the labour for construction and finishing. Those gazebo roofs won't come cheap too. So, it's just best you have the right estimate in mind that it will be very special and it will cost you some good money. |
Budget at least 250 million for starters. And plan to spend more until the edifice is complete. |
Then you will keep reminding them of what needs to be done. Or should I remind you? Just keep the thread updated, so that you can spare the life of your uncle. |
JasonNOTStatham:Yes. Naira Trader. |
Good morning. Following this thread for ideas and signals. Kudos for the work you do💪💪💪 |

Look at the fools defending this rubbish on this thread. I pity you. When Berger junction in Abuja was under construction in the 90s during Abacha's regime, the construction company worked at night to deliver based on the importance of the roads and the funds earmarked. Now, you are commissioning a road that hasn't even connected two states and you are making videos... A lot of you ass lickers are part of the Nigerian problem. |
