Nigeria knows nothing about tourism as a country.

That's why we allow herdsmen to go anywhere and everywhere.

Cross River State should have a tour company or active tourism board. Distance isn't a problem when tourists are on vacation, and there is a plan to visit several sites.

Secondly, I see that you have 2 stories and that will mean pillars and decking.

Each decking level may eventually cost more than the foundation.

Factor in the pillars, and other necessary materials, including the cost of red bricks.

Not to mention the labour for construction and finishing.

Those gazebo roofs won't come cheap too.

So, it's just best you have the right estimate in mind that it will be very special and it will cost you some good money.

Budget at least 250 million for starters. And plan to spend more until the edifice is complete.
