10,000 for bandits to sacrifice. Why can't Nigerians leaders value human life and use technology instead of the rubbish? It is infinitely easier to use satellite technology to monitor areas of interest. Expensive ? Yes, is it effective, Yes. Alas, it will require a lot of money and chopping the money means the project will not take off, so such a project is shelved in favour of pushing man power onto the field where they will face gun fire.
