How to prevent covid19
1. Avoid unnecessary physical contacts with other people.
2. This seems cliche but wash your hands regularly with soap and water. Note that washing is actually more effective than hand sanitizers.
3. Avoid unnecessary trips to medical centers where sick people are being treated.

What to do if you notice symptoms of covid19
1. REMAIN TF CALM. Covid19 is NOT a death sentence.
2. Self isolate immediately for the sake of people around you.
3. Where possible use face masks and gloves. Note that face masks and gloves are not to prevent contracting the virus, they're actually for people who have symptoms to prevent dissemination.
4. Report yourself to the nearest medical center and tell them your symptoms and they'll take it from there.
