Only the uni can answer this. Call the dept on phone or send a mail to explain yourself in detail and ask and attach your transcript to the mail as well. They will definitely reply u

yes you are right. Bank doesnt open during weekends.

Your intl.passport with 6 months and above validity, passport photo like 4 copies, and 28k cash
