Watcharena: Job opportunity is the goal Yeah I understand that, that is a much better angle the OP would have come from. My last car was a Peugeot and it's a solid car that is 100% French. I've imported parts from the EU myself, so it sort of makes my blood boil to see it described as some Nigerian revival when it's a French car being bolted together here. Jobs are real and I won't argue with that, assembly plants employ people and that matters. But sell it as what it is. |

This is obviously a spiritual/psychological issue. Nothing anybody wan tell me. Na so brain rabbis dey be What are you talking about? Peugeot isn't French?? How is it "Nigeria's car" ? |
Business › Re: Dangote Moves To Revive Nigeria's Forgotten Auto Industry by lomaxx: 1:55pm On Jun 05 |
Peugeot was never a Nigerian brand though. It's French. PAN just bolted together parts shipped in from France, we never owned the design or the tech. So calling this "reviving Nigeria's auto industry" makes no sense. |

Imindmybusiness: Iran is at war but US is not at with them. If US decides to be at war with Iran, it will over in 48hrs and there's no doubt about that. US is only after regime change which is why their only targets are the military and the terrorist leaders. They are being careful not to hurt the civilian areas to avoid losing the little support they have from Iranians and the new expected Iranian leadership. What are you smoking ? |

Kwankwaso's rhetoric makes him suspicious. He has been crying more than the wolf since his political godson Abba decamped to the APC, jumping between press interviews lamenting betrayal.
The whole thing reeks of theater, and I suspect there's an understanding between Kwankwaso and the APC behind the scenes. |

helinues: The speed camera that Lagos is just having now, Ghana had it over a decade ago.
Anyways, we are catching up
Modified: To those mentioning claiming comparation. Hahahaha. Is it bad to talk about what others got before us?
My first experience with it, I never heard anything related before, we were traveling to Aflao from Ghana and along the way, we were stopped for over speeding, it was initially funny when they said as we were like, how are you going to prove it, before we know, they just show us hand speed meter that reads our speed limit. I am talking of over a decade ago You've still not made your point. Traffic cams have been operational in Lagos for a very long time now. |

This lady probably is doing MORE than JUST storing the Barrels. With heavy trucks becoming nuisance picking up and dropping off shipments. Loading and unloading palm oil etc and redistributing them to other containers…. I have seen it all!
Instead of renting shops, they will use their homes as storage. Her Neighbors who pay the SAME Home Association fees probably just got tired of the Heavy Traffic! You’re right. She’s not telling the truth |

There's validity to the demonstrators' concerns about imperial overreach.
