Symphony007: nigeria will not struggle to build a high speed rail network between lagos and port harcourt. The money is there. This country is the 6th largest oil producer on earth and has the 9th largest deposite of natural gas, not to talk of shale gas. Calculate all the money stolen in this country, calculate the over 30 million each member of the 360 member house of rep and 109 senators get from this country, calculate the billions spent on presidential food. Operating over 8 presidential jets. Etc...this country has the money and can afford it.

Though tambuwal is good buhari is the key to defeating jonathan, already buhari can secure NE and NW easily and if the Acn do their marketing very well they can secure SW easily even if pdm presents Atiku, Buhari unlike tambuwal will easily guaranty the core north states, though the battle ground states of SE, SS and NC will be GEJ strong holds states but depending on who Buhari's picks as vice( rochas or oshimole) he can make in roads in either the SE or SS. Dont forget gej has not been able to deliver any of his promises to Igbos therefore the sentiments on ground is against him in SE if APc presents an igbo vice. On the other hand with oshimole as vice Edo is secured and inroads can be made in SS, with other SS nationalities feeling relegated that Gej is only patronising ijaws. Also inroads can be made by Buhari in NC from muslim votes in that region. Buhari's chances are definitely better than tambuwal's if PDM fields Atiku, Apc should go for the man who on his own garnered 11m votes without much support from the south. If tambuwal is chosen and PDM fields Atiku, he will come second behind Atiku in the north thereby giving Gej the opportunity to coast home with SE, SS votes, The General remains the best bet. People are omly afraid of his stance on corruption. For me and my household buhari has our votes.

YOU'RE dreaming by thinking that you can trap Igbos with VP, Okadigbo, Umezuoke with buhari and Sylvester Ugo with Bashir Tofa were all rejected by Igbos. For your information, Igbos are back politically, not business as usual again.

Passing Shot: It's not about personalities sometimes my friend. more often than not, it's about party manifestos and ideology. PDP has no manifesto that is masses oriented from day one. So, a good politician may find himself in PDP and still fail to perform; whereas a somewhat average politician may find himself in APC or any other good party and perform wonders as a result of the party's robust manifesto and structures.

As for me and my household, I can never vote PDP at national level. It is anything but PDP (ABPDP) since after the tenure of OBJ.
