chinchum: What we need is equity not equality. Prioritise projects across the regions on effectiveness.
That we have 6 zones does not mean we must have equal value of projects across the zones. Most expecially when everyone stands to benefit. Absolutely right! Equality is not always equity or justice.

olatade: This is what I had long expected. Every semblance of PDP must be uprooted. They are not career officers but PDP appointees. You cannot effect change in any form by using your opponent's and other party's card carrying members who are not on the same page with you. PDP also did the same on assumption of office. There are still many heads of parastatals and agencies to be affected. Change must occur! On point. Unfortunately some people will shout ethnic cleansing when the heads of the Department and Agencies start getting the quit notice. They are PDP supporters and they still largely hold allegiance to PDP. It's a world wide phenomenon that a party must use her loyalists to drive home it objectives. |

pasol4real: [s]It was very clear the massive influence the igbos n as have in Lagos elections, it was also clear that Jimi agbaje won the elections, but the apc rigging machine inLagos rigged him out.On the other hhand Yes the igbos failed against pmb but for some reasons, that May not apply if the pdp presents a northerner as their candidate. Jega deliberately denied a lot of igbos their franchise by denying them of their pvcs The igbos in the North had to run away from the North with millions of pvcs to secure their lives. This will not happen if igbos are in support of a northerner .they wud be allowed to vote .at the end the yorubas wud be by themselves while the whole country wud vote for the North .[/s] Leave trash for LAWMA. |

It was the northerners n the easterners that voted in obj cos he was a northern stooge. So they saw him as their own ,as against olu falae who was a yoruba stooge .the 2003 elections was simply rigged but even at that bubu won in the North . Stop this revisionism, easterners mostly voted Bashir Tofa! |

If it was that easy Sultan and co would have "saved" Dasuki, a Sokoto prince.
The only thing that can save and is saving GEJ is the respect PMB has for him as a former president. This is my sentiment. It seems there is this espirit de corps among Nigeria former rulers. |

Congrats to UNN. the Webometrics University Ranking, which provides indicators for more than 12,000 universities in the world, is based on university web presence, visibility and web access. The ranking system measures how strongly a university is present in the web by its own web domain, sub-pages, rich files and published scholarly articles. |
