You have a big dream that is not possible mathematically. There is no holy grail and I doubt if any bet tips site can consistently guarantee 95%. You can get data from footystats and analyze the BTTS by yourself.
Use the following conditions;
- Both teams playing must have BTTS yes in their last 5 games.
-\Both teams playing are not David and Goliath. The strength level must not be far apart. E.g Man City v Man u - both of them have the quality to score against each other.
- Both teams have at least over 2.5 3x in their last 5 games
- No 0-0 game in the last 5 games of both teams
