The Attestation issued to President Mohammadu Buhari has continued to generate More controversy as Reno Omokri has accused the president of influencing the Nigerian office to issue a certificate. Reno who is a lawyer took to his Facebook page to bear his mind on the action of the Nigerian office. He wrote :

"The Headquarters of The West African Examination Council (WAEC) is in Ghana. They are immune to political control by President Muhammadu Buhari. In 2015, Move On Nigeria wrote WAEC Headquarters and they said they have no record of Buhari’s certificate. Also, University of Cambridge confirmed that they did not use the alphanumeric grading system in 1961 which appears in Buhari’s ‘certificate’"

Many on social media were not left out calling the attestation an Honorary WAEC certificate while others say ot was genuine but with a stamped letter from WAEC Headquarters in Ghana disowning Buhari this controversy is far from being over .

People quote the Quran out of context. If you read the second chapter, where these verses of war began, it will become clear to the reader that Muslims are suppose to be on the defensive side of things and not being on the offensive. Those jihadists are just plain illiterates using the sentiments of spirituality to brainwash even the so-called literate(but not educated, I believe) Muslims! The weak-minded will always justify their points with all manners of illogical insinuations and direct speech/alleged instructions; and unfortunately, many Muslims are made to believe that they can't understand the Quran until they (the clerics) interpret it. So many Muslims simply listen to these men with their sentimental tones. The Muslims were ordered in the Quran to fight/war against those that kill and oppress them/their people. Only for the powerful leaders with other agendas to take advantage of the fact that Muslims do not read the Quran directly in fueling their differences with the west over the centuries. Mohammed's wars were against those who tried to oppress and intimidate an unlettered man and his followers from propagating their "so-called" new religion, and not against the innocent ones who were just doing their thing

What I don't understand is the hypocrisy of people using a platform meant for the representation of an ethnic group as a selfish means to cause political divide between the people. I don't believe his organisation belongs to any political party. OPC should be a neutral party in any political scene. This apologetic gesture of his is too late to turn the impression he has created in people's minds around!

He placed Nigeria on the world map by putting action to his dreams and actualized one of the worlds largest auditorium at a time when Nigeria's image was in dire need of some real image laundering. This auditorium was built by Nigerian engineers with [b]NO foreign input from planing to commissioning. In a space of 10 years , C[b]ovenant University graduates now top PRESSID SCHOLARSHIP as 'primus inter pares' - first among equals in all field of endeavors[/b].

Here we have a man who has contributed so much to lives and from a humble beginning has clearly shown that Nigeria and the black man can be excellent at what they do and yet somebody thinks the reward for handwork, excellence and panache in ones field should be mediocrity and poverty. I suggest sb does have a rethink .

If you are insinuating that this man is a philanthropist, then he apparently hasn't done enough. Yes he hasn't if it's only his church members and some few others can point to his philanthropic achievements. And what you have stated here still reeks of a financial gains for the empire and the welfare that should normally come from organisations such as educational institutions.

In whatever way you see it, the institutions you above stated were established with intentions of financial returns (to whomever), that auditorium built is still not philanthropy, it may be with the intention of comfortably accommodating those he had spread and he's still spreading some gospel to but, you see, logically and religiously, there's more to being a cleric than to preach, the clergyman should do better than what the Bill Gates and the Warren Buffets do in terms of charity too, those guys are not even the religious types and yet you must agree with me that they have touched lives more than many of these clergymen here in Nigeria. They shouldn't just pray for the prosperity of the congregants, they should better lives from what they have earned than what they are doing at present. Not necessarily giving out money and food all the time or something, but making facilities more accessible to their fellow men and not just their church members.

I'm not even Catholic but I acknowledge their generous missionary works. I have many friends spread across from the pentecostal division with whom I chat with a lot over these church tithing and philanthropy subjects, largely, the Orthodox have performed better, especially the Catholic Church. I'm no fan of T.B. Joshua, but what I hear of him in terms of giving out is impressive. There are other non-famous churches too whose heads are kind men, it's only sad they are not known.

I just think that these men should restrategise on how church funds can do better in the lives of the members of the society than what we have now, and not just the members of their respective churches.

Many of these chix just happen to gather to themselves all the characteristics of men they want, in more than one man if possible! Financial security, "bed skills", good looks.....etc. They might like the main Guy's Money but are unable to resist some other less financially successful dude, and start to give themselves excuses like: "what if chuks messes up tomorrow?" (Whatever a mess must mean to them). To me, these ladies are either unfaithful or are just too weak like some men actually think most women are!!
