Boss!! To get the best from laravel, why not try digital ocean? You can start with their $5 plan and you can also host multiple projects and scale as u proceed!
Laravel on shared hosting is tough job, moreso how will u manage d dependencies? And all those stuffs that needs ssh access!!

Yes digitalocean is great as a VPS, and even linode but they have this credit card or PayPal issue, and then if u need to scale to swarm of servers, it might not be a smart choice like AWS, but then, how often do we scale to that extent, so by and large, for any startup, immediately u exhaust ur aws free tier, just switch to digitalocean till u need to scale massively!!

Sadly, I haven't been a believer in Java applets. But that's exactly how jamb is implementing theirs. Pls do find out abt Java applet or try c# activeX plugins.

I u have tried it with Java, y not design an applet, that reads the fingerprint details and send it once a successful capture is done. But u shud make ur registration in stages so that u have a primary key already!! My 2 cents

Well, I don't know what u wanna do clearly. But what I can advice is that u shud put all ur operators in an array, then generate a random. Number within th length of t array such that for every operation, one of t operators would b selected at random, then generaye random numbers for the operands!! Am sure with that, u will b able to randomize the operations and the operands at the same time! Instead of hard coding values! And the only resource mongering operation would be the generation of random numbers! Hope this helps
