Too much money on one item. You should have bought half bags and use the extra to get a few other things. Anyways your preference.

Rice 49k? Is this BUA rice available in Lagos?

** even if it's available their own go cost. Lagos and their wahala**.
A bag of rice take me and my family for 4-5 months. That's why I always go for a bag. The bag of rice I bought in October 2023 was the one we use for Christmas and New Year. It just finished today. This bag will take us till end of April or May

Something I bought for 7200 three weeks ago is now 9600. Make God see us through cos the inflation isn't just easing.
That's the situation now. This is a wholesale market that is why the price is like this. Retailers in Sabon Gari market sell it as high as 10,200 per carton

3) Two bags of semovita - N21, 000 (N10, 500 per bag,)

The thing pain me wella. I intend to resign soon.

It more painful, cos someone in the management who picked a liking for me when i applied to work there was eyeing me when i mentioned the amount.

Guess what, it happens to me. I have master's degree and I was paid less than people with bachelor degree. I tender my resignation letter after some months. They refused my resignation and I told them to pay me equivalent of what they are paying people with master's and they agreed.
Work hard to impress them. Then tender your resignation letter. They will beg you to stay and increase your salary

How will it reduce pressure on forex? Dangote is importing the crude from other countries using forex and there's a clause in the agreement that part of the refined PMS will be exported to the country that sold the crude oil.
Dangote will supply Nigerian oil market directly. NNPC will continue exporting crude oil and importing PMS

No court will ask for bride price to be paid before court marriage ..does that even sound sensible to you...what concerns court of law with your bride price
Don't mind them. Most of them talking doesn't know anything about court marriage.
When I did my court marriage, the judge did not even request for parents. He only ask us to provide two witnesses. That was all.
