komodapson: The protest need to stop, to restrategize, else we'll be worst than Libya We have always talked about strategy since 2000 when we returned to democratic rule, has it worked? The answer is no. The ruling class don't care about your strategy as long as the larger lower class is in their pocket (hunger as the tool), they would always win an election conveniently by sharing food and some money. The protest in the last two weeks, has brought out the beast in people and has also made the government sacred. Stopping there protest was the worst thing to do because the government will continue with their oppression. |

Brandonx: If the purported time to wake up is now, then why the looting of private establishments. Or are you trying to say we should provide the basic amenities to the common man in our environment because as it it right now they are not in anyway attacking the government but the people they perceive to be rich.
I'm in full of people protesting but they should know when to take a bow because it's always the middle class that bears the brunt. When there's a protest one has to be in traffic for hours and in some instances one has to leave their vehicle at home and look for an alternative.
If you want to protest go to the government house. Looting and burning private businesses is one thing I don't support because it feeds the average Nigerian. I feel they should go after politicians and their properties but you know these are not the protesters anymore but the lower class of the population who are very hungry and perceive any well to do person as someone who has a hand in government. |

titobi11: Let's be a bit patient; we need to stop any protest for now.... till next yr Protest won't stop not this year or next, the people learnt that the government only understand, and civil disobedience and they will use that to get what they want from the government. Except more protest this year, and maybe the mother of all protest very soon. |

Brandonx: The deplorable state of the road is quite alarming, but they should know when to back down because from the last #EndSARS protest it became clear most Nigerians are not mentally ready for a change.
Like the saying "Rome was not built in a day" This change we re all clamoring for takes time and most Nigerians don't know that, they are greedy and would use any opportunity they have to loot and cause pain to others. This take here is trash (my apologies). The people have been patient for over 60 years independence and over 20 years of democratic rule but what did the leaders do? They took them for granted. There is no right time to wake up and ask the government you elected to give you your basic rights, it is now or never. |

FATnigga: Senegalese passport gets you to Canada easily ??
You must be a kid or your joking He is very correct, compare the strength of your passport to that of the Senegalese own. Nigeria's passport is very weak, I think if not for our role in Africa many of us Nigerians would find it hard to get a visa. |

manneger2: Lol believe me Ghana is not different from Nigeria, except that Nigeria has more population, some Ghanians in UAE cover thier country bad side a lot , u will hear them say they are having constant Electricity, where as their electricity is not constant, they take and bring light, they still have bad road like Nigeria, no Ghana University is among the top 1000 university in world, SA is far ahead of Ghana in everything, so if u wan to go Ghana don't add it together with SA the only developed country in Africa. Ghana, Nigeria are d same shithole country, no different except that Ghana have fewer population so if 1 Ghanian is committing crime 10 Nigeria should be also, they are equally dubious also, but hear more of Nigeria crime because we have more population. So go to Ghana if u don't have what it takes to go to SA but just know it that is still a shithole like Nigeria. The bolded is incorrect, make proper findings about the University of Ghana. |

festacman: My dear friend, the Igbo families that lost people in the North at time buried the corpses of their family members and funeral rites done. Look, the world wasn't worse off before digitization happened. The victims of this massacre also live-streamed the body of a man who was shot before he died and even had military-grade bullets to show the world. The bodies of the victims were not buried in this case because the victims were clouded with emotions and gave the body back to the military. There is new research by a forensic team, they released new footage and scenes from the onslaught by the military. |

festacman: Civil war was civil war. You can Google Abagana ambush to have a clear understanding. It was never a massacre. But before civil war, thousands of Igbo people were massacred and the corpses that arrived Igboland laid foundation for civil war. So, you believe information captured during a period where there was little or no digital tools was true, and one captured during a digital age may be false. Those massacred according to you before the civil war aside from the things on the internet, and newspapers, Are there other means to show they were massacred? What if those corpses were not as a result of the violence that was said to have happened in the north? What if the civil war never happened the way it was documented? Or you choose to believe a war that was not properly documented over a live video that was watched by thousands as it was happening? |

festacman: I am encouraging families who lost people from Lekki Tollgate shooting to come out and make formal complaints publicly. I am also encouraging some of the #EndSars protest organizers and human rights lawyers to help them in speaking out by addressing press conference with clear evidence that the dead family member were actually at Lekki Tollgate on the 20.10.20 night.
Meanwhile, I can stop being curious which witchdoctor prepared 'Odeshi' for DJ Switch that she moved freely and even went back and forth several times, bringing 15 corpses and laying them at the feet of the commander while soldiers shot directly at scampering protesters. Is this an indirect way of saying the shooting never happened? |
