You don’t need to report him/her to the overall boss. Believe me, if the overall boss is doing his/her job well, he /she will know.

Some years ago, my regional manager was so incompetent that he pushes all the reports and everything to me. Since, the head office is in Lagos, and it was a sales job, the guy wouldn’t visit his reps and distributors as required. Instead, he will tell me to do it and send the reports to him. Then he will forward everything to Lagos head office and claim it was his doing.
I was always angry during our meetings but my colleagues will tell me to calm down and not report him.
The day he was disgraced, we went for our yearly meeting in Lagos head office. And as usual, he asked me to do the PowerPoint presentation of our region’s year report. I obeyed as usual. When Oga begin present in front of the whole National staff, head of foods, CEO and chairman, the guy begin misyarn, and every question they ask him he will stylishly push the question to me.
That day, they disgraced him sote I begin pity am.
Unknown to us, the distributors and big wholesalers had been sending reports to Lagos that they’ve never met him, and they thought I was the regional manager.

Na public transport my Oga and his driver take go back to kaduna from Lagos, including sack letter. Naso dem dash me him clean tear- rubber hilux with promotion to acting regional manager.

Any job that involves me walking about is just a red flag. I worked in a microfinance bank as a credit officer,omoooni regretted oo. I had to resign after 3 month.

I swear. Like what’s a credit officer’s business in marketing now? And it’s not like they will even pay well. That’s the job I am currently doing, just that it’s not marketing and the pay is 50k and you just loll yourself to meet target to recover the loans the company has disbursed.
