As they say, different strokes for different folks. My cousin works in Fina Trust and her experience is completely different from what is reported here. According to her, promotion is performance driven and staff receive monthly incentives for meeting their deliverables. Contrary to what's reported here, i was shocked when she told me that the bank has other interest rates apart from the 4%. Some of their interest rates is as low as 2.5% depending on the product's risk rating or appetite.
