Just try 2 help him out even if your nt gonna continue with the relationship.It will only take time and money.I was on the boy's\man's shoes a couple of yrs back.the man definitely hav 2 problems or disorder that can be treated. If he has developed piles as you stated i advise you vary his diet.
The piles have formed in the first place from a high protein/carb diet and very low fibre intake causing constipation.

Try and reduce his carbohydrate and protein intake e.g. potatoe, yam, bread etc and increase his fibre intake.
This will help his bowl movements and his stools will be much softer which will help in reducing the blood in his stools.

Blood in his stools are usually due to him straining causing the blood vessels in the haemmorroids to rupture and bleed.

If the bleeding persists please take him to a doctor who can offer alternative treatment e.g. suppositoriies or oral medication,

potatoe, yam, bread are the things he likes eating and then there will be no blood in his stool. each time he eats things like Golden morn, Beans, Tea. he will always complain of stomach pains in the process of eating.

My advice would stem from the premise that you have decided that you do not want to be with him.

ALl you need do is plan an outing with him, sit him down and explain to him that though you find him interesting and fun to be with, and you probably would have enjoyed a relationship with him. However, sex and and its satisfactory glory is very much important to you and thus you would not be able to stay/continue a relationship with him.

He probably would try at this point to make you promises et all, just reply that you'd feel guilty if you continue with him as you'd want to always have a good feeling about him and still have your respect for him intact.
