Good evening house, please am a ftm. My left breast was full, I expressed some and baby sucked too but since 3 days a part of the breast is strong. Unlike before that it drips when am giving the baby the right side, it doesn't anymore but there is milk in it. What can i do to unblock so i can have free flow of milk.

One week is too early to show symptoms and even most test brands might not show positive as your body needs to produce enough hcg.
Best you do a blood test or use clear blue first response home kit to know for certain it beats being anxious.Best of luck.
