When you get to the immigration headquarters, go straight to the Glass house and explain to any elderly officer you see around, please don't give the work to junior officers.

I said elderly officers because they seem to be the only reasonable ones who takes the work serious, after explaining he/she will tell you how much it will cost you. Whatever the amount they tell you, please don't bargain it too much as that alone might delay your work. I'm talking from experience, I'm sure you know how Nigeria government establishments work. With money you can easily buy your way through

If you want to Change it because you're now married, then you need to go along with some documents. E.g; your marriage certificate.

But whatever the case, be ready to spend a huge amount of money and also you'll need to be patient because the processing takes time.

The immigration officer helping me here is using a contact who works in Abuja and now it's already on process.

Yes am positive u will get it because it just reissue of another passport, go with d photocopy of d passport, or d passport number, along side ur details and ID card, once u get approval, it goes straight to production, approval is the hardest, u might spend some money though

Bro ur case is easy and simple, ur mistake was that u didn't go to Abuja, if u need ur passport fast, then I will advice u visit Abuja, just go down to the headquarter and talk to any advance immigration officer over there they will help u

Approval is the worst problem, once it is approved then u don't have a problem, I live in lagos, very close to mile 2

The immigration agent that did mine billed me 180k and later demanded 70k, paid total of 250k, because according to what I learnt ain't easy changing two this at the same time, I did change of surname and change of date of birth, gave photocopy of all my

If u have problem with ur passport, I will suggest u travel down to Abuja, immigration head quarter, look for any immigration staff there, I believe they will guild u through

Anyway from wat i can see from ur checklist , i observed that you are not married, and you have jst 200k in your account and no investment whatsoever in Nigeria such as Landed documents, properties etc.

The possible thinking of the ECO is that you may not return to Nigeria if issued a visa and the fact that you are unmarried, further fuels that thought.

Your age bracket and the type of job you do here in Nigeria and how much you earn, is important in the ECO arriving at their decision most times.

Your uncle making his account statement available to you, does not change a thing in your favour as the ECO will still require you to have adequate fund at your disposal for your upkeep; and enough savings at your disposal when you are to return to Nigeria which is difficult to prove with 200k.

I will only advise you suspend your journey for now, build your account to say 700k and apply then. Hopefully, this will change your circumstances since your first application.

And also take note, ensure consistency in the documents you will be submitting for your next application. They (ECO) will be looking for flaws to refuse you again if there's a noticeable difference in your application.
